Great Service at Martin Haynes Eyecare, Shrewsbury
Popped into Martin Haynes Eyecare just on the off chance they could help me with a pair of glasses that had broken. I had brought the glasses elsewhere. I spoke to 2 member of staff...sorry I dont have their names. What a delight, so helpful, no drama and offered to help. Within 5 minutes my glasses were fixed and I was on my way.Such great service like this needs to be recognised. I will be booking my eye sight test with them when it's due and thank you again for your help

I was fed up with my previous optician as I always felt rushed and nothing was ever explained to me and as I am a fairly nervous patient I dreaded going. Since 2023 I have been going to Martin Haynes and what an amazing team!! Amrinder explains everything in detail, puts me at total ease and I never feel rushed. Ashley and Cassandra are so helpful and friendly and again I feel totally at ease and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank-you.

Having previously used a national high street opticians of late I had become unhappy with the suitability and fit of the glasses. I did the rounds of several opticians in the area and then found Martin Haynes. Such an excellent, friendly service where staff take time to assess your requirements, ensure suitability of lenses and there is no pressure. Very pleased - I can honestly say that they are the best frames and varifocal lenses I have ever had. Thank you!
