Honesty of the salesperson. Did not try to bs me. This massage chair has gone beyond my expectations. The different programs, types of massages, variations in intensity and back massages are fantastic. It is worth the money I spent. I use every day for an hour. On basketball Saturdays I am on it the entire time of a particular college basketball game.
After I tried out my neighbors Infinity massage chair, I had to have one, stumbled across The Massage Chair Store, glad I did, after chatting with a representative, and him answering all of my zillion questions, I ordered one with confidence, excellent customer service, which I find rare these days, I’m currently waiting on my Infinity massage chair, and can’t wait!!
Here we are a month later with no chair. The delivery company told us the chair was going to sit there til February when they came up to our area again! Unacceptable!
Bernie Epps was very helpful for me to get the massage chair that I needed. He promptly sent me the documentation that I needed on my purchase. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new massage chair.

We love are new massage chair. I'm glad I couldn't find someone to fix the old. Bernie, was great. Opened up for was so we could go up there on a Saturday, had great suggestions, made sure we got the best chair, with everything we needed and then some and made sure it fit are budget.

The massager I received does not work! The batteries charge, but the motor does not turn on.Edit: I received another massager, and it too did not workEdit! 01/04/2026 - Infiniti Massage Chairs has replaced my previous hand held massagers with the newest version. I am very happy with this unit and it comes with a spare battery (a big plus). I would give this unit a 5, but due to the previous issues, I feel a 4.7 is appropriate. These folks really did a great job in service, and actually called me to ensure another newer unit would be sufficient?
I worked with Rick, and he was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell that he is passionate about these chairs and what he does and helping people find the right chair. He went over and above for me as a customer, and for doing so I will now be confident to recommend my friends, family, and neighbors to Rick and the Massage Chair Store as they did right by me!

Like you, I was skeptical of a large purchase online. What I will have to say is first that the sales rep (bernie) was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff. What earned my trust is he wasn't trying to upsell me or pushy. He answered a lot of questions about chairs and helped me understand so i can make my decision. Secondly, he cared enough that it wasn't just about the order. He followed through until the chair was in my house. It is rare to find a stop like this with an online prsense that they follow through. Earned my trust (purchase is very $$$ kyota chair).

I bought one of the dual-knobby massage chairs that does your back and butt at the same time. There was a small issue during shipping and the chair will never replace a real masseuse, but it helps get the knots out of my shoulders and I think it's worth it. The plastic button covers are pretty worn even though it's only been a year, but not significantly and all of the mechanics still work. I'd say customer service made the difference! Ryan was top-notch. I'm usually pretty harsh on ratings, but I like these guys and I'd be happy to buy from Massage Chair Store again.
