I ordered a snooker cue and DHL messed up the delivery. Scarlett was absolutely amazing in helping me, a credit to the company.I would highly recommend this company sadly I cannot say the same for DHL.

A great selection of all things Crokinole. I took the plunge and bought a Tracey board. Family and friends have been really enjoying it the last month.I actually had a couple of issues with my board that weren't to do with Masters Traditional Games but production issues. The people at MTG were very helpful, very communicative and they genuinely wanted me to be a happy customer satisfied with my purchase. Somewhere else probably just would have shrugged and told me to ignore the imperfections.I really valued the time and effort put in to dealing with me after the purchase.I have since got the nice travel bag for the board and I think next will be the wall mount and some more coloured discs :)Great company! I never leave reviews for stuff like this but couldn't not note their excellent service in some way.
I rarely leave reviews but this particular order was brilliantly handled. A really good price followed by just the right amount of communication about what was happening and a very quick despatch and delivery. Can’t fault anything and I’ll certainly be back with more orders.

My mum grew up in Spain and has happy memories of playing Parchis so I wanted to find a traditional version of this for us to play. I was delighted to find it and at a great price at Masters Traditional Games. I decided, after reading the glowing reviews, to take a chance on the company. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived (next day) and it came in great condition and was well packaged. I haven't opened the box yet as it is a present but so far very good. Thank you MTG, I'm sure my mum will be delighted!

An easy and perfect experience. We ordered a croquet set and live in the south of Spain. When I first called they were very helpful. Id never heard of masters of games before placing my order for a shuffle board but they had exactly what I was looking for at a good price.Ill admit, i nearly paid more from a more well known website but decided to take a chance having read the trust pilot reviews (hence I'm here now as i realise the value reviews can have for businesses).My order was delivered quicker than the time frame given, comms were good throughout and they even followed up with a courtesy email to check i was happy with my order.I help run a lot of community charity events, this shuffle board was for one of the events, having browsed through the products they stock, I’ll definitely be making further purchases.

I was looking for a chess table for my son's Christmas as he has recently developed a chess addiction which I am keen to encourage. I thought it would be good to get it early to avoid a rush closer to Christmas. I did extensive research into what was available and came across the chess tables made by Giglio. I then came across Masters of Games and decided to order it from them. I ordered it just before 12pm and it came the next day. It was well-packaged and in perfect condition. Excellent service. Looking at what else they have on their website I think I will certainly be buying more in the future, primarily to get my boys off the computer/games consoles and back to playing proper games.
