I booked with maxi tour as they were recommended to me however I had to cancel due to not being able to get a flight as Thomas Cook have gone under I messaged maxi tours at 4am uk time to advise and also to ask for a refund only to be told it's not there fault Thomas Cook have gone bustI have now raised a despute with my bank as they have not provided the service I paid for They had more than 24hours notice to cancel These people have so got the wrong attitude All they had to do was refund me and they wouldent be getting this awful review.
