This company went from making sports figures that were masterpieces in the early 2000s to the complete garbage that they make today. Given the technology available now there is no excuse. None of the players look realistic, which was not the case in the early 2000s. Don’t waste your money
Ordered a figure bundle on December 28th, it arrived on January 14th despite the estimated delivery being between the 16th and 21st. The shipping was really expensive, but because some of their bundles are very good deals it was worth it. I'd say their shipping costs about the same as shipping a package yourself, which has the con of being quite expensive but the pro of not having to worry about whether your small island's postal code can be used or not. I had a problem with the tracking so I had to contact their customer service and the person who responded was super kind and resolved the issue immediately so I was really glad for that. The package had a lot of paper inside to cushion the figures and despite having a big dent outside the figure boxes were unscathed. The figures themselves had a few small imperfections (some paint errors and the likes) but nothing major and I'm not one to care much for perfection in figures, so it's alright. They also included a little free comic, which was really nice.Overall I had a very good experience :)
Ordered a figure from McFarlane Toys Store in May of 2925. Then get an email saying sorry we have none left as we've sent them all put. I'd paid in full in May for my pre order figure. Ive been let down badly by this company.
