Pure garbage..... stay away from this if you run a real member organization. This program is junk and is cheap for a reason.Also, anyone who gives this company 4 or 5 stars have no idea how to run an association. The developers here have no clue how a membership system should work for member based orgs. The system is still sending my members thousands of emails and they cannot stop it from happening. It is embarrassing.
The communication from the sales team initially and then Desmond on detailing the process was excellent.We got what we required on time and in the quoted budget.
I finally took the plunge to move from another membership plugin which wasn't working for me. The Memberpress support was excellent even before I joined and that has continued. Questions and problems have been owned by individual people in support so you don't have to explain everything every time. They seem to have experienced every quirky and complicated situation I've thrown at them and the solutions were already implemented. The integration with Stripe and Paypal is well documented and worked straight away.Special thanks to Sinisa in support who has been brilliant!
I have a great experience with a Memberpress and their support regarding complex task with migration and retroactive member activation process while doing a web restructure and redesign. The support is actual real human beings, not AI.. guy named Sinisa was very helpful, patient, fast and actually solved all our problems.
Strong Communication and Project Leadership, with Opportunity for Stronger Quality ControlI worked with an international project manager and development team to migrate my website to WordPress under a firm deadline. Coordinating across time zones naturally adds complexity, but overall communication was clear and the project maintained forward momentum.The content transfer itself was handled well, and the team was responsive to requested adjustments. The project manager in particular balanced accountability with professionalism. He managed the pace without being pushy and was respectful of real-life circumstances on my end that affected timing. That balance made a difference.There were, however, several instances where work required redoing due to insufficient internal review before handoff. Stronger quality control would have reduced back-and-forth and improved efficiency.The most significant issue occurred at launch. While development was correctly done on a staging domain, the site initially went live without being fully configured on the primary domain with security and backups in place. A structured pre-launch checklist and meeting would help prevent this in the future.Overall, the technical capability and responsiveness were present. With tighter internal quality checks and clearer launch sequencing, the client experience would be significantly strengthened.
Wonderful support! I had a question about adding a feature that didn't exist and Omar was kind enough to right a custom function to enable it. Couldn't be happier! It's reasons like this that I will recommend MemberPress in the future and will continue to use it!

I’ve been using MemberPress for two years and have been very happy with it. It’s stable, easy to manage, and does exactly what it promises. Setting up memberships, payments, and access rules is straightforward, and it integrates well with other tools I use. Support has been responsive when needed, and overall it has been a dependable part of my business.
Extremely responsive customer support, sometimes within minutes which is astounding for email. Very helpful and willing to troubleshoot with you to work through issues. I've only been using MemberPress for a week but already they are miles ahead of Kajabi when it comes to supporting their users.
MemberPress is a great WordPress plugin that supports membership communities. What has continually impressed me is their prompt, highly helpful support team. I was assisted on several occasions over the last year by Euler Arthur, a member of the customer success team. He was so helpful in troubleshooting some issues I was having with Breakdance and MemberPress conflicts. He went above and beyond in his efforts to get to the bottom of the issue, provided a workaround, and, most recently, helped me resolve an issue that resurfaced. I'm very pleased with MemberPress and would highly recommend their product!

All I can say is the customer support is BEYOND EXCELLENT. Every response I get is both quick and thorough, and I always feel invited to further exchange as needed. My sense is that the culture Memberpress creates is highly customer centered, so they are very receptive to supporting customers with any tech related questions and even trouble shooting to work out different project ideas. We have used the MemberPress plugin on our website for a number of months now and recently used the DFY services. The support from the MP team with troubleshooting any issues is fantastic. So pleased with MemberPress and the support they offer! The platform is wonderfully extensive (but not overwhelming) and simple to customize to your liking with some knowledge WordPress development. Support is always prompt and professional when answering emails (Sinisa is my typical response agent). They go above and beyond to answer my questions – whether it's something simple I need help with or a more complex problem I'm trying to solve.
