I had a terrible experience with Metro Self Storage - Woodbridge, NJ. A group moving in with a huge truck took up half the space at the entrance, which is designated for car parking, blocking others. They even asked us to move our car for their convenience, despite us being parked correctly and also needing to move our belongings. Their trolley hit our car, and when we confronted them, the group threatened us and nearly kind of became violent.The most alarming part is that the MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE EVEN AFTER WE COMLPAINED. They didn’t bother moving the truck to the designated loading/unloading area. This is a serious concern. The management should enforce strict guidelines for truck parking and unloading. It appears they are indifferent to these issues, allowing anyone to park trucks anywhere. They should at least implement specific timeslots for trucks to prevent such problems. I hope the upper management takes note of this issue and instructs the branch representatives to ensure trucks are not parked randomly and to prioritize customer safety.
