Ordered a camera, it broke (within the first 6 months), tried to claim a repair, replacement or refund under their “12 month warranty” to no avail. Company is completely unresponsive and will not offer any solutions besides taking the camera to my nearby camera shop at my expense. Absolutely ridiculous as it broke under warranty. Awaiting a response otherwise I will be escalating to banks. Order #MOR000070923 in case the company wants to reply.
The set up instructions did not work. The white light refused to flash. I set it up anyway and there was cat pool around it the next morning.
I ordered a mirrorless camera and within a few hours I realised they were a scam website. I cancelled my order and contacted my credit card company. Miagadet replied to my request to cancel my order and said they would contact their accounts dept and cancel the order. They did not and processed my payment to my credit card company. They have since not responded to any of my further emails. There is no answer from the telephone number. DO NOT buy from this scam company !

It is impossible to use the tablet. All the stuffing is in Chinese, only the settings menu is in English. Synchronization with the Google account is not performed, it gives an error. It is impossible to return the goods. Return requests are ignored. Messages are not delivered, incoming correspondence is blocked. These are scammers. The goods are not intended for sale in the UK.
Miagadget is a total SCAM please avoid. I took out additional warranty on a product and when it went faulty I followed their returns procedure via email. I posted the item via Royal Mail recorded delivery and Miagadget still have not acknowledged receipt. They are not responding to any emails and their listed phone number is invalid. This was a Sony product. I contacted Sony and they confirmed that Miagadget and it's registered company are not authorised dealers.
Bought a phone case with lip gloss and also had no communication as to when it is going to come. Ordered for my sister for Christmas and worrying it will not be here now. Have the confirmation email and the money has gone out of my bank, tried to email to two emails on the website only to be told they are invalid, also tried to message on Instagram but no response. Just want some confirmation as to where it’s up to, order number #2076. Update 2/1/25 still no order and still no communication. Have completely been scammed here with this, do NOT buy!!
Bought a phone case with lipgloss, nearly a month ago. I’ve been trying to chase it up but no response! Terrible service! I want my money back but I know that’s not going to happen! Order #1617
Still no response and no funds returned or product delivered. This is almost 2 months after I placed an order. They do not respond to emails.
I ordered my product on the 11th November I had 2 emails 1 was confirmation my purchase and the other was to confirm my shipping details. And then no other communications at all.I did have a confirmation through my shop app on my phone saying that they were waiting for more details but that was it. Like some of the reviews the phone number on their website doesn't work or connect ( this needs addressing ) I didn't email as I would wait the 6 - 8 working days after my purchase ( they advised) if I hadn't received my item after the specified days, It got delivered on 21st November wrapped up securely brand new with seal still attached. Also tried the item with my phone which worked. 😊I cant speak for everyone I am happy with my purchase but requires a certain amount of patience for delivery. The reason for 3 stars is the lack of communication on where abouts your purchase is and for the fact the phone number on their website does not work.

I bought a product and been trying to get in touch with them because for some reason it was delivered to my previous address which is a hotel and There is no number to reach them.
Ordred camera on 22 October '24. After reading reviews, I was a bit dubious. I shouldn't have been. They stated delivery would take around10 days. Camera was delivered 2 days later on 24th! Really pleasantly suprised. Camera and everything that comes with it all good. Very pleased with camera, delivery and service. I certainly dont have anything negative to say. One happy customer.

A surprisingly smooth experience - with the reviews I knew I was taking a bit of a risk but my phone was new (not refurbed), a genuine product, and there were no issues with delivery.
My Samsung buds came in perfect condition but they took too long to arrive even though they was way below market level I expect some sort of consistency when it come to receiving time however apart from that it’s perfect
