Lisa was great, able to answer most every question I had and what she couldn't, she made a call then and there got me the answers. Install crew was just as efficient. Took the time to explain their process and steps along the way and, with 1 slight hiccup at the end, immediately came back to wrap it up
Really liked the "mostly" online quote generation at the beginning of the buying process with very fair pricing. No sales in my home and no hard sell for a system you don't know in an industry most don't understand. Installers were hardworking, efficient, and cleaned up.Had a serious issue arise with my purchase, but this is where Mint Home showed their great character. High commitment to resolving the issue, great communication, timely follow-up. Now fully resolved and I'm a happy customer.You won't go wrong trusting Mint Home with your HVAC needs.

Mint Home would be categorized as one of those truly great values. From Owen in the office to Felipe and Ruben who completed the installation everything was on time and budget. Mint is over the top first class top drawer. They were fast and responsive on bidding. They spoke to us truthfully in selecting our new hvac system. Their pricing is beyond fair and beats all the ‘major brands’ you see on tv or in the radio. Stop looking for an hvac vendor and just hire Mint. Transparent fair honest on time and under budget. We’ll be with mint for the long haul.
This was by far the best price point for a new unit. The installers and sales teams were professional and the fact that there isn’t any haggling was great. The quote you get by phone is what the price is. Highly recommend if you are looking by for a new unit.
I spent a lot of time researching a new air conditioning unit earlier in the year and got bids that I did notfell comfortable with. From local companies and the big box stores in Phoenix. Our unit failed in July so had to to make a quick decision and the Mint had an online quote that was very reasonable. Filled out and I received a quote which was a fair price. The results were true to their word and done in timely manner! No extra charges were added and the work professionally done. So far would give a 10 to the work I received. The Unit was high quality and will evaluate in a year. Thank you Mint !!

AC went out at new house so got some pricing from a couple of Contractors. Owen's pricing was very competitive .My RE Agent said I should contact my Warranty Co . A month of no AC in TX summer heat and horrible experience with Warranty Co. I called Owen and told him I wanted the unit. Well Bernie and Jose turned up the next day and got it installed. Now you can't beat that!
I had an excellent experience with Mint Home Air Conditioning Contractor. They were the third company I contacted for an A/C replacement, and I am so glad I found them. From the start, they were honest, reasonably priced, and thorough in explaining all my options. The installation and inspection process went smoothly without any issues. Their professionalism and transparency stood out, and because of that, they have earned a lifetime customer. Highly recommend!
I consulted with 7 different companies for the same service, the replacement of one central unit, and a mini split. Mint Home came with the average price that all of them provided according to the market, and with the top brands of choice. What made the difference in our decision to choose and do business with them was the insistent and cordial follow-up that the sales department, despite the hurdles, went through to meet our needs in pricing, financial options, and service. It does not get any easier in this Texas heat when temperatures could exceed 140°F in a hot attic. Bernie, the technician, did it without hesitation.Kudos to Owen, Bernie, and Jose, who jumped through hoops to get the job done.

Mint is no nonsense with knowledgeable technicians and sales people who don’t try and sell you something you don’t need. I got bids from 6 other companies and got quite the run around. They really helped me weed through the all the confusion and save me some money also! I highly recommend!
I had to replace my AC before putting my house up for sale and Mint Home gave me an affordable alternative to the other more expensive installations in the area. They were responsive when I had questions and their tech worked very hard. I appreciated the effort Mint Home put into my install!

After 25 years, time for an A//C replacement. Being retired and with lots of time on my hands I began a comprehensive research in A/C companies in my area. Being in Glendale, AZ. there were many, many to choose from. I finally narrowed it down to three and asked for estimates. All were friendly, but Mint even more so with absolutely no pressure. Mint's price was significantly lower than the other two and allowed me to upgrade the A/C unit and still have a reasonable price point. The install went great and the lead installer, Jerimiah, was great. They obviously knew their craft and respected my home in the process. Throughout the process from start to finish, Owen was great. Keeping me updated and responding to questions quickly and honestly. One thing I learned during this process was that the quality of the install can significantly effect how the A/C performs and lasts. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have a second home and when necessary I will use them again. Good people, good company.

The bid procees, follow-up and installation were all performed at a high level. Every promise made was fulfilled and Owen’s responsiveness, even after installation, was great. The best part is by following their recommendations, my home is cool and rooms that were too hot in the past are now comfortable!They also provided much more affordable solutions and payment options than the more traditional vendors. Costco couldn’t even get close to their bid. Truthfully I was nervous about the Runtru brand by Trane as it was talked down by the other guys, but I have been very pleased! It is quiet and efficient with the same warranties as the premium brand. Plus it is backed by Trane with their good service and parts. A very Good choice for those looking for value as I was needing to replace two units. Mint did a better analysis of my home with their tech and provided a solid solution by not selling me things I don’t need or too large of units. I Highly recommend Mint if you are looking for quality product, fast service, and honest communication.
