HORIBLE. I placed an order 8 day ago. they took the money out of my account. DID NOT ship any parts at all.. I call the phone number. cant leave a message. do a location search, call the number linked to the address for the company, which is a mitsubishi dealer. when I told them why I was calling they transfer me to another department that will not ancer the phone.
I ordered a part for my car that said it would fit my specific vehicle but the part is not for my model car. I have emailed the company 3 times over the past month to return the unused part but cannot get a response. I have emailed their support email address with no response and when I try to call their number it says mailbox is full. Now I am stuck with a part I cannot use and cannot get a refund. A total waste of time and money, I will never order from this site again.
We bought to this web site front bumper for mitsubishi mirage 2017 they sent us led for bumper so we call them they didn’t accept to return I will not recommend them due to they are so rude and fake The gay that open phone is non educated its to rude
