Comes through again!
Once again, MobileEdge has come through with flying colors! I had an old backpack that was in pretty rough shape, because it had been used for more than 400,000 miles, I did RV transport and then cargo transport. I contacted MobileEdge in reference to getting it repaired and Deborah Miller told me to send it in along with a note of what needed to be repaired and they would see if it could be repaired or if it would be replaced. I sent the backpack in and 2 days after they received it, I received an email saying that the backpak could not be repaired and that they were sending me a new one with extended straps like I requested. She also said that they were sending a couple of longer straps for the backpack that I had ordered to replace that one so I could have the straps extended to fit me better.This is the type of customer service that every company should strive to provide for their customers. Needless to say, I have told many people over the years about the quality of the backpack and recently about the experience that I have had after contacting the company about repairs to the old backpack.I will definitely be recommending the company to anyone looking for a laptop backpack for 2 reasons: First is the quality and workmanship of the backpack. Second is the customer service that is provided when an issue arrives that is just due to regular use of the backpack. If the issues with the backpack would have been due to my own misuse/abuse, I would have just bought a new one and be done with it, that is how good the product is made.Mark ThurmanRogers, AR

Can't say enough good things about…
Can't say enough good things about these powerpacks. I tend to put them to good use. I won one over a yr ago and it recently stopped holding a charge. I reached out to the company via email and asked if there was a way to get it refurbished or fixed. I received a reply within a couple hours that mine had been discontinued and the 24000mah model us now the standard. They quickly shipped me a new 24000mah and it arrived a few days later. It took about 40 minutes or less to fully charge it from 2 lights. I decided to test it with my work laptop that completely lags in the battery power holding department. I plugged in the power bank from 7% power on my laptop and remained on VPN and microsoft teams video conference. Approximately 2.5 hrs of charging resulted in the piwerbank being completely dead and my laptop being charged to 94%. Keep in mind I was on teams and VPN the entire time while charging. I believe this model is good if not better than the last I had. Thank you again to Debbie Miller for her customer service and helping me in a time of need.

I had issues with a bag I had purchased and Debbie in customer service was awesome! If the issue could not be corrected, she immediately offered me another more expensive bag as a replacement. The bag I received is high quality as is Mobile Edge’s customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.
