They shipped me half dead plants, one is completely dead, and when I asked if I should ship them back for a refund, they told me to plant them anyway and reach out in 6 weeks if they don’t grow. Why would I plant diseased, dead plants!!! Their guarantee promises complete satisfaction which I don’t have. I will never order from them again! Also, the plants are very small for the price you pay
Bought from the brick and mortar shop in the past. Placed an order on 2/14. They had a technical error and cancelled my order. I placed a new order on 2/16. They cancelled my new order before I could even respond by email 2 hours later. They said my name was different when it was the same as before. What a lie! Apparently they don't know how to read. They tried to harass me by phone (they force you into giving a number, not optional), which is totally unacceptable and completely disrespectful. I don't give out my number because I do NOT want to be harassed by phone because I have a disability which prevents me from talking on a phone. So they denied me service and cancelled my order due to a disability! I don't know why it is so difficult for them to just fill an order. Every other business can do the job. And their making up lies to not fill the order...what is that? Why treat a paying customer like that? I do not recommend this business for their awful customer service and disrespectful treatment of customers. Who wants to order from a place that can't do their job properly and only causes problems? Besides their products are just overpriced junk. I will never support this business again.
