Professional, careful, fix issues quickly
I've moved cross-country with them twice, and they've been professional and flexible both times, and didn't damage anything even slightly (except for a couple of glasses in a box that _I_ packed badly—their packing was perfect).They made one understandable mistake on the second move—mixing a neighbor's incoming package in with my boxes as they loaded up in front of the building, but they brought the mistaken package back as soon as I let them know.
