I engaged Mr. Jeff LLC four months ago for account reactivation, but they have only submitted two appeals per month with no discernible progress or communication with Amazon. Despite four appeals submitted by me, Mr. Jeff LLC's actions have resulted in zero progress and a four-month wasted effort. Advise me on the best course of action, and provide a warning to other sellers regarding this service's ineffectiveness.

While Mr. Jeff was unable to get my Amazon account back after 3.5 months of attempts and doing every outcome possible, they were professional and tried their absolute best. My Amazon account was deactivated on November 11, 2024, because it was somewhat linked to my husband's Amazon's account via a telephone number and bank account which I didn't realized. My husband's account was deactivated November 8, 2024, as it was said that he sold counterfeit product, as a result mine was deactivated. The product was not counterfeit; I purchased them for him under my business name, so the invoices were in my name, also the authorization letter from manufacturer.Those two sections 3 violations were not easy to get out of, but Mr. Jeff LLC did it!After watching a YouTube video I decided to try Mr. Jeff LLC. On November 27, 2024, I schedule a consultation, and Rick called me, I explained my situation and he stated that Amazon takes counterfeit very seriously, not only that, but my case is also very complicated. He stated that it was a very slim chance to have the accounts reactivated but he was willing and ready to take on the huge challenge.When your account is deactivated, 1 day seems like forever so at times when I didn't hear from Rick for two or three days, I was concerned but I would send an email and also a WhatsApp and he would then reply.
