Amazing Company !!
I have been working with Ethan on my credit and when I tell you this company is amazing !! They were able to get 11 negative items off of my account in a month and half ! They are still working on my progress while keeping great communication throughout the process! Coming across this company and Ethan was the best choice I’ve ever made! For anyone looking to improve their credit join MSI ! You won’t regret it !

Ethan has been with me every step of the way while on my credit journey. He explained things to my understanding and walked me through what the process is like. When explaining how my credit score got to the point that it was he was very understanding and nonjudgmental. I look forward to working with him and hopefully I’m able to continue working with him even after I reach the score that I would like. I highly recommend his services, he’s awesome.

MSI scammed me
MSI signed me up for credit monitoring services with a third party that has monthly fee for $29.99 during the consultation call without my consent or even disclosing what they were doing it. IdentityIQ is the third party and is familiar with how MSI uses them to get a cheap credit report through their $1 promotional deal because MSI does not have the credentials to pull credit reports on their own. I suspect they are affiliated and run the scam together, but I cannot prove it. Thankfully I saw the email confirmation and scrolled to the small print to see he had signed me up for a monthly service. When I asked him (Rick) about it, he told me I was rude for interrupting him because he was just about to tell me about it, AFTER he signed me up. I now have to use credit monitoring through another company because I stupidly gave MSI answers to security questions that would give them access to do anything with my credit, just like they did with IdenityIQ. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Read all of the reviews. They offer promotions if you agree to write a good review, that is why they have so many. Read the 1 and 2 stars with the folks who signed up and had really bad experiences. Jump to June 2021 one-star reviews and you will see how unprofessional they are. One lady left a bad review, and, in their response, they put her information on blast, publicly posting her credit scores and calling her insecure. I would not have believed a claim they did this, but look for yourself, MSI themselves posted that about her. Shameful.
