Will not honor their quality warranty without a fight
Ordered a custom tire cover from them as a gift for a friend. I ordered it in leather which was an upcharge and bought their quality warranty. It came in vinyl and it was damaged. I emailed them asking for a refund. They said because it was custom, it couldn’t be returned and resold but that they could offer me a 10% ($4) refund for my troubles. I reminded them that not only had they sent me the entirely wrong product, but it was damaged and I refused to accept anything less than a full warranty. Without acknowledging the damage or my warranty, they offered me a $6 refund. At this point I opened a dispute through Amex and let them know that. They offered me a maximum refund of $27, final offer. I told them I’d then be pleased to let the dispute run its course with Amex to which they FINALLY gave me a full refund. At no point did they acknowledge the damage or my warranty in writing. They just kept doubling down on how they couldn’t resell it bc it was custom…a custom product from a company with custom in their name.

The pictures came out awesome
The pictures came out awesome, the contacted me concerned that the images may come out pixelated, showed me a picture of what it should look like, I was fine with it and when I received the tire cover was surprised at how good they came out and the quality of the materials.

Order was delayed and when finally…
Order was delayed and when finally arrived it had a huge white spot in the middle of tire cover. Customer service wants mire money to send new one.

Great product, great price
I was very pleasantly surprised at how well this tire cover came out. I was afraid the picture I wanted might not have been high enough quality to copy well, but the tire cover is great! The picture is clear, the material is nice. Would definitely recommend this company.

I am so happy with my flag order
I am so happy with my flag order, it is beautiful, I highly recommend ordering from this website. This is the second yard flag I have ordeted, I will continue to order, they are very good quality flags and the pictures that you send in, for them to put onto a flag are so clear and exact, very happy, thank you!!!

I am very pleased and amazed with my Custom Camera roll key chain. I purchase the key chain for my mother for Mother’s Day and she absolutely loves it. There customer service Reps are very help. I will be placing another order for my own key chain.

Garden Flags our beloved Golden retriever
Garden Flags with photos of our beloved Golden Retriever who passed recently. In my grief I wanted to find something in memoriam and came across this website and was delighted to see a novel idea of customized garden flags. I just received them and very happy with the quality and over all look of them. One for each season reflecting our beloved Flash.

This company went beyond helpful in the…
This company went beyond helpful in the service department. I sent them a custom picture to use for my items and it was perfect. Had a problem with delivery that was totally "NOT" My Custom Tire Cover's fault. This is where the service department went above and beyond with their help. The delivering company lost one of my items.

We ordered a wheel cover and sent in our own design. We were so pleased with the quality of the printing. It is perfect. Customer service representative was pleasant and helpful with my questions regarding the design and helping track the delayed delivery. I highly recommend custom tire!

There was a bit of confusing in terms…
There was a bit of confusing in terms of crafting time vs shipping time, but the product was well worth the wait! The keychain cameraroll was absolutely adorable and well made, and it arrived just in time for the holidays. I would recommend planning shipping with a few extra days in mind if you need any product at a certain date but overall I do not regret ordering from this company and may order another product in the future!
