I read the reviews after ordering my item and it almost made me cancel my order but the personalized photo collage I ordered came out very nice and sizeable. The photos were all clear enough. I had a positive experience and thought it will be helpful to share.

I ordered a Leather Personalised Wash Bag. I received a shoddy material Bag. It had no front Pocket as shown on the Companies Site and the personalised Name in an awful yellow on the Pink Bag.I complained and got an offer of 20 percent Refund. I declined and was then offered 50 percent cent. I declined this and am now offered 70 per cent. When I decline this I get a stock Email saying this is the highest we can offer.The Wash Bag was for a Gift but I cannot give such a cheap looking Item.

Definitely a scam. The item does not match the description or the photos. They try and negotiate a refund - initially offered 20% then only went up to 70%.

Item Not as DescribedThe product I ordered was advertised as a custom stained glass birth flower suncatcher plant stake. What I received was a vinyl sticker applied to a non-glass backing. It had no glass, no metal, and did not resemble stained glass in any way. This is a clear case of false advertising. 2. Item Arrived DamagedThe item arrived cracked. I contacted the seller on the day of delivery and provided multiple photos showing the damage. 3. Dismissive and Inadequate Resolution AttemptsInstead of offering a full refund or return label, the seller repeatedly offered partial refunds of 20 percent, 30 percent, and then 50 percent. Each time I declined, stating I wanted a full refund and a prepaid return label. 4. Refusal to Accept ResponsibilityThe seller insisted there was no quality issue and claimed I would have to pay for international return shipping. I purchased the personalized wedding cake cutting set set for my son's wedding. The engraving on the knife was not centred and spacing all wrong. It just looked very unprofessional. I sent them photos and they claimed they couldn't see the issue from the photo. You would have to be blind not to see it.Don't buy anything from this company.

Their goods are nothing like the photos. It’s rubbish and looks cheap although it’s not. The initials were different sizes, one very large and one small. Supposed to be gold but they were yellow. I had to chase them for a month before it finally arrived. Total waste of money.

The company advertised the item rather accurately, and it arrived very shortly after I ordered it. Its customer service however, was lacking the punch I needed to really get the job done I feel, but it wasn't a con by any means and my mother was very pleased with the gift I bought her, even if it was a tad cheap

I ordered 2 personalized necklaces (with pics of my deceased pets). First, they look cheap, not like in the picture. The picture shows the pet image engraved on metal, the actual one is the image on transparent plastic and squeezed into a metal ring. I took care of them very well, didn't shower with them and 3 weeks later, the plastic image popped out and fell. Plus the shipping took forever. Don't use them.

The fragile product was shipped with insufficient packaging. When it arrived, it was in pieces. I contacted them immediately, sending several pictures of the item and packaging. They responded, asking for more pictures. I have now sent them at least 15 photographs, but they are no longer responding.

Great experience with this company. Shipping took a bit longer because of the distance, but the item arrived within the time period and is absolutely beautiful, exactly what I ordered and perfect for my purposes. Customer service was great, too, with quick and relevant responses any time I had a query. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a Christmas present from this company on the 3/12/22 i paid extra to have the item delivered by the 16th. It arrived today after a month of waiting. Be prepared to wait a long time. Necklace is exactly what i ordered.

Do not use or order. This is one of the lesser experiences I've ever had. My product came in defective (all the lettering on my plaque was uneven and looked like a 3rd grade school project). When wanting a return label, I was told I was going to have to pay for return shipping, plus only be compensated 70% because it was "custom." When I didn't agree, they offered me 10% compensation to not return it. Seriously, awful. Don't use or buy. Bad product, bad service. They don't get back to you until a day later because they are on the other side of the world.

Ordering the product was a breeze and they quickly took payment. But they use Yodel to deliver and after delivering a week earlier than expected I attempted to find out what had happened to my order as it wasn't where they apparently left it. I contacted myheartgift who have said they reissue my order if I pay at least 30%, as according to them I've received it as that is what Yodel have told them, which I don't see why I should pay again for a product I haven't recieved in the first place. When I asked for a full refund they've refused to acknowledge.
