Deception and misleading information

This is a deception as it comes up right away when applying for a passport online. I could not get an answer on who to contact to witness my application so I went to USPS who indicated this was fraudulent and to contact the Dept of State. I did and Dept of State indicated this was fraudulent. When I requested a refund, I got a run around to obtain in 10 days but nothing. I contacted them again and they indicated they needed bank details which was a red flag to my bank. I have not received a refund and am out $149.

Refund was approved!

My overall experience is that while I feel the site is deceptive, I did receive a well written email back telling me that I would be getting a refund. There is no number to call, but there is a contact form you can fill out and they got back to me the next day.

VERY VERY DECEPTIVE

VERY VERY DECEPTIVE! Did anyone ever get a refund as they do not have a contact number!

Deceptive

Same thing happened to me. Overall they give the impression you are "Applying for your DS-82 Passport Renewal, then when you look at the fine print they disclose they are not a government entity and the only services they provide are filling out the passport forms(that can manually be filed for free) for you to then submit. This does not include your ACTUAL passport fees. DO NOT USE! Go to travel.state.gov

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! They make it seem like you are filling out forms for an actual US application. They ask for your social security number, passport info, etc. All they do is review your application for $89 and make sure it’s correct. They have nothing to do with actually getting your passport!
