I recently purchased a wool and jute rug with the deco guard protector on it. The deco guard is said to be hypoallergenic but within a short time of unrolling the rug, I felt the back of my nose burning, and later I started to have asthma. I couldn't return the rug as it was a custom size so beware if you are prone to allergies.

Quick delivery, high quality, great price. However, the rug was not 8 foot long, it was only 6’ in length. While that, fortuitously, turned out to be an even better size for my space, numerous attempts to contact the company yielded no reply. Further, the website was flukey: every attempt to search for a specific type of rug, whether through the search box or drop down menu resulted in a message “nothing found.”
Stair treads are beautiful and are a wonderful part of my decor. The color blends in very well. I would order again, plus give as a gift to my family and friends.

Our beautiful new living room carpet came swiftly. Excellent craftsmanship. We ordered swatches of the carpets and the cotton border before making a decision, which I recommend because screen resolution is not always accurate. The swatches came quickly and made it easy to decide on our custom rug, which was well packaged and delivered shortly after. No chemical smells and no damage. Love that we now have a clean and sustainable carpet for our living room. Thanks guys!
I received free rug samples which seem to be respectable quality. I was VERY interested in purchasing; however, I have left THREE phone messages thus needing a bit more specific info. STILL no reply????This is not the smartest business practice.
