I just happened upon this site, and each of the reviews I have read were quite self affirming; after what I experienced with this company. After 6 months, many consults, and thousands in supplements and tests; I too was exposed to the defensive, degrading, and unprofessional behavior of the owner. All of these reviews are true, as when I asked too many questions; I was exposed to the identical experiences the rest of you wrote about. Details were never accurately provided during consults. I ended up here today, as what led to a mutual severing of the business relationship was my questioning regarding a 263.00 USD price for Pecta-Sol supplement. Not only is this supplement manufactured right here in the USA, it retails for 90.00 USD for the large bottle. I believe several reviews already succinctly left a correct assessment of this type of business practice. A huge favor was done to me by Russell agreeing that we sever our business relationship; even though I had to endure replies almost identical to the ones posted on this site in replies. The MO is very consistent. Kindly save your legal threats as I have written and sufficiently documented these truths which I have stated; and as previously mentioned, I also recorded all of our consults. not to mention, that one only has to read all of your defensive replies to form accurate opinions. Perhaps all these former clients were not the problem. good dayJust a brief update to my review: I have reached out to AHPRA.gov.au about my concerns. They do encourage submitting a “notification”; and they reiterated that we do in fact have the right to submit a notification for investigation free from any bullying or legal threats from the party in question.

Big bad bullies
Amazed at how I was treated by these guys. Awful service. Then very rude when I questioned things. Then became very aggressive. The final straw was to threaten me with legal action if I left a bad review! But upon viewing the owner replies to other reviews on this site, it seems that’s their way of operating.

I don’t think he’s a scam but
I don’t think he’s a scam, but I think he prays on people who want to get answers. In his consults he goes pretty fast and made me feel like his services were the answer to all my health issues. I paid a lot of money to get the supplements and herbs and no transparency about what each supplement costs. When I told him I ran out of supplements and bought on my own he seemed highly annoyed and said I wouldn’t get support from him unless I bought them from him. I asked him the cost again and it was almost $1,000 and he would ship them to the US from Australia which is ridiculous. That’s when I started feeling really uneasy about his motives and ethical practices.

Owner or manager is very rude - No people skills and got aggressive. EDIT - in reply to owners comments. No way for them to know who I am, as I didn't use any the same details when dealing with this company. So this is clearly a lie. Just shows the caliber of company that this is...

Consultation Review
Unsatisfactory effort put into the consultation for the money I paid ($150). Lots of emphasis on buying more of his tests and supplements, without actually answering the questions I wanted answered, despite the many documents I provided him. When I asked for more information and advice beyond just buying more of his tests/supplements he rudely closed the consultation, and then told me to buy more of his consultations! Waste of money. No apology or refund offered either.
