Nature Queen sent me expired or almost expired shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The lotion expired in November, 2022! The shampoo and conditioner expire on October, 2025. This is unacceptable. As a repeat customer, I understand that is could be a simple mistake on your part. I paid full price for the shampoo and conditioner with a 10% discount and I feel cheated. Despite numerous attempts to reach the company via customer support and voice mail messages, no one got back to me. I sincerely hope that you can explain the expired products and why I should accept them. Otherwise, you need to give me a full refund and I’ll send you back these expired products. Terrible customer service plus selling expired products equals zero stars.Update: the company apologized and gave me a refund.
