Worst experience after working on tasks…

Worst experience after working on tasks they will ban your account suddenly and not issuing payments also they will push us to do more tasks but in reality they will ban our account for over working. This company is a fraud company not giving payments to users as well taking people efforts and their accounts getting banned automatically hence they will not issue payments for banned accounts.

This is absolutely bonkers

This is absolutely bonkers! You get your task, you start, you can do maybe 10 mini tasks, "job is done" then you get reminded by e-mail that you can continue, you click and it's gone. Mind you, I clicked minutes after receiving the mail, not days after. This happened like 10 times and despite me wanting to work and having a good sense of language, it doesn't go anywhere. It is not worth the effort and that's sad because the idea is amazing.

Never got paid for work done.

Keep telling me I will get paid in 2-3 weeks. Well it is going on 3 months, and I have gotten paid for NOTHING so far. There is NO payment communication and horrible customer service. They don't seem to know how to help us. This feels like worder abuse and needs to be reported. Pay is PENNIES for hard work.

I feel bad for their clients!

Once you register, you have to take two tests. The language test is straightforward. You have to find the errors within a short text. It's a test that is to be expected when you are applying for a translating job.The second test is a listening test. You hear twenty short voice clips. You have to say if the person speaking is a native speaker of your tongue or not. This test disqualifies many native speakers and many people who are not native speakers of a language pass this test. Neevo acknowledged their awareness to the fact that people lie on this test (claim to be the native speaker of a country when they are not and manage to pass the test). This listening test doesn't measure one's ability to translate. Neevo wants to know if a translator knows their country's ''lingo'' and if they can understand clients who will ask for voice memos to be translated. They recognized in a conversation with me that this test does not manage to measure this. Why would a client spend money with them knowing that they may very well obtain a translator claiming to be from a specific country when they may not be? English from the USA, Canada and the UK have different spelling for certain words and variating grammatical rules. Each country has a specific terminology for certain words (lingo). Neevo claims to have an excellent AI that will catch these liars and terminate their accounts. If they have such a great AI, why not use it in the testing phase instead of utilizing a test that measures nothing, disqualifies competent people and will allow people to work for specific clients when they shouldn't since they will not perform adequately for that client? I would not want to work for such an unorganized company. Why would a customer pay a company that uses outdated technology to work for them when other companies out there use the latest AI advancements? I wouldn't waste my money there! This is only my opinion, but I do not believe a company that uses a test that measures nothing instead of replacing it with an accurate test (there are plenty, thanks to how advanced computer science and AI are) when they claim to have an exceptional AI that catches liars. They likely remove these people when a client complains that their translater was not a native speaker of a specific tongue.

Good experience

I've been working on the assignments, and overall the experience is good. The payments have been done on a timely basis.Unfortunately, it's not easy to understand which answers are approved or dismissed, or based on which criteria, which would ultimately help in understanding what could be the issues and improve them. The flow of available work is also not steady, sometimes there is quite a bit, and other times weeks go by without any, at least for my native language.

Site is great and I received the payment as son as I completed the tasks in 2 days, that was about 125 tasks in no. for the category I qualified. And there were two kinds of taks I received, I qualified for the one and got paid for it. It was around 6$ of what I received for working about 1 and half a hour on those tasks.I couldn't share payment proof here as it's not valid here. But, I would like to see more eligible tasks for countries like India where I belong to.
