Please do me a favor and NEVER buy from this company. I paid over $40 last July and never received my dog harness. I emailed them numerous times, called and left messages and finally left messages on their Facebook page hoping to get a hold of someone that can either refund my money or get me the dog harness. Absolutely no one ever replied. SCAM!!
This website is a scam. Ordered something 14 days ago and never heard back.
Should be less than 0 stars. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!They take your money, send you a confirmation then you never hear from them again. Voicemail is always full, no response from email.
If I could give them zero Stars I would. I think that they are a scam company, I have been trying to get ahold of them for a product I ordered in june and I have gotten zero response, thankfully my payment method will refund my money because clearly they have no intention of fulfilling my order beware!!!!
AWFUL!!!! I ordered a dog bed on June 6th, 2021. I received the confirmation email as soon as the order was placed. I have then gotten absolutely nothing again. I have emailed them several different times now. Today is July 22nd. How can I get my money back? And how/who can they be reported to???
This company does not reply to emails, does not have a phone that receives messages, does not answer their phones and I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order without a response as to when it will be shipped. I believe it is a shady company and probably a scam. Do not order from them. I have told my CC company to dispute the charges.
This place is a scam! We never received our purchase and no one would respond to our emails.
Just like with other reviewers - I was outraged when my two orthopedic dog beds arrived wrapped in what looked like garbage bags with duct tape around them. It looked like a giant turkey on my doorstep. These where 2 XL dog beds by the way. They are in NO WAY orthopedic. Cheap material with lumpy foam in the center. My dogs wont even go near them. Terrible, terrible!
I ordered a Personalized Dog Harness for my Newfie, the harness is great, but NO personalization at all, and this company does not answer my questions about it. It ships from China and takes forever. Do not bother, go somewhere they take care of their customers. They have not responded to my email.
They are NOT physically in California And EVERYTHING is shipped from China! They Don't respond in a timely manner and they are a RIP OFF.....DON'T buy from them. Also, they have MANY Different names under their LLC.....SCAMMERS!
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! I received a (supposed) orthopedic dog bed that looked like a sleeping bag in a silver plastic bag with duct tape surrounding it?! it definitely came out of China it took weeks to get and it was a pile of crap I am trying to get my money back we’ll see what happens but I wouldn’t buy anything from them!!!!!!!! Scam!!!!!!
If I could take stars away from them I would. Bought the anxiety bed for my dog. It’s horrible and I want to return it. They won’t get back to me and I’m not sure what I can do except report them to the BBB. Don’t order from them they’re scammers!!!!
New Bark City is a scam business. It's a ghost company who gets their products cheaply made from China. Products are completely made of trash quality and outrageously overpriced. Don't be fooled by their "deals". Our XXL Dog Beds arrived tapped up in size of a soccer ball. Completely dissatisfied. They sensor their reviews on their website too. Shame on this business for deceiving their customers.

I have had the worst customer service experience with this company and still have not received a response. ordered a dog bed Jan 10th 2021...still not here. No one from the company will contact me, won't give me my refund because of the stupid return policy. No way to contact anyone from the company. Left so many messages. What a waste of $50.
I wish I had read reviews prior. I also purchased and assumed this was a USA based, San Francisco company and it is not. The phone # on the website goes to a personal voice mail, which no one has called me back. I asked to cancel my order, the chat rep was very rude and said they would take me to court (seriously!??!) So I have called my credit card company to dispute. This is a total scam IMO. I wanted a bed this week and they said 2-3 weeks. I do not want the bed. I am so upset. I have filed with BBB and the International Scams Online ecommerce site. ***EDITED: I received a nasty email stating their lawyer will contact me. Because of false accusations?? Never have I ever experienced this type of customer service.Then said my review is a lie. Seriously!!? It is NOT false. The only part I should clarify is they stated they’ll refund me if I ship it back to China on my own dime and restock fee of 25% which is a joke and unreasonable. I’d then would have paid more for the bed to return! *** I work in customer service for a Fortune 500 company and this is unbelievable.
Ordered a dog leash and really liked the reflecting stripes to allow walking at night. Holds out well and my german shepherd tends to tug a lot too.

BE VERY CAREFUL! This company ships from China. It takes FOREVER to arrive. The do post their shipping timing and that you might be charged extra customs. Their entire business is built and NO CUSTOMER service - just every policy for them to hide behind. You cannot return unless you want to ship it back to CHINA. Their products are not unique. ORDER from a USA company that has customer service. ZERO RETURNS and ZERO caring. RUN! Go somewhere else!
This should be for the NewBarkCity in SF USA. There are others of the same name in other locations. Which confused me in my research.I am sorry I did not research better! The beds I ordered are shipping from China! Nothing on their website indicates this. I find that very misleading. My bed are in transit and I hope they arrive, but they are still in China. :-(I will have to wash them immediately upon arrival wearing protective clothing!
