Gutter replacement
We needed to have some gutters replaced. The crew arrived on time, the Supervisor, Matt, introduced himself and walked around the house with us to see what was going to be done. Before the crew left, he checked the function of the new gutters and downspout to make sure they were draining properly. The crew cleaned up all the dirt that spilled out of the old gutters and left no hardware on the driveway. The 4 man crew was polite, efficient, knew what they were doing and worked until the job was finished. Matt stayed the entire time until they left. I highly recommend Newman Roofing for any roofing related work.

Newman came highly recommended and I must agree. Eddie, who did our estimate, was great. He did a thorough inspection and spent time with us covering our options for materials and pricing without being pushy. Needs more attention to detail
We observed an installation of a Newman Roof in our neighborhood and took note of issues that we wanted to address before the installation of our roof. They hurried rather quickly that day due to possible rain which resulted in some workmanship issues that we wanted to mention to the company. One issue—which got my attention—was when one of the workers took a metal object to scratch off the stucco in order to remove a black mark that an old shingle made when it was being thrown into their trailer for removal. Our comments were made to Newman Roofing because we did not want those same issues that we observed to occur when it came time for our roof replacement some months later. What we observed that day wasn’t even discussed nor did they want to discuss those issues. We will take our business somewhere else because this company does not want to hear about their faults. Considering the amount of money for a roof replacement, if a company can not address your needs then find someone else that does. If you want to use them, don’t complain prior to contract signing because they may not accept you beforehand like we experienced.

Replaced soil vent pipe seals
Our roof is 15 years old and the seals around the soil vent pipes began to leak. Newman quoted a fair replacement cost and was able to make the repairs within two weeks. What really impressed me, besides the quality of the repairs, was that Newman did not try to force a total roof replacement on us. The estimator even remarked that our roof still had about 10 years left before we need to consider a replacement. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the company. I don't normally leave reviews for companies unless they really impress me. I will recommend Newman roofing to anyone needing a roof or repairs.

Most amazing crew!
From the very beginning phone call! Eddie came out and inspected our roof and found damage that we suspected. He then prepared our estimate and submitted it to our insurance provider for our claim. We were promptly put on the schedule for our roof to be replaced. On the scheduled day for our roof replacement the crew led by Tyler showed up early. The crew of guys quickly got to work and swarmed our home. They covered all of our shrubs around the house and laid out tarps all the way around to catch any debris that would come off of the roof. I was amazed at the way this crew worked together. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a crew work together so well as they did. They had our old roof removed and the new roof installed and completely cleaned our property in less than five hours! I was completely amazed at the quickness and quality of their work. I would give them seven stars on a five star scale! Quality, professionalism and just awesome people to work with.
