An end-to-end Joy
My Urtopia Joy has surprised me in the best possible ways. Fat bikes usually feel oversized and annoying, but this one flips the script. It’s the “un–fat bike”: featherlight, low step-over, clean 20×3 tires, and somehow still capable of hauling a serious payload. It has all the utility of a big rig without any of the heaviness. It pedals effortlessly, the responsiveness and speed control from pedaling effort via the torque sensor is especially impressive, it's comfortable, maneuvers through tight spaces, looks like art in motion, and is light enough to lift over curbs or up stairs without thinking twice. It just nails the balance. I’ve lost count of how many people stop or slow down to say, “What is that? It’s beautiful.”The buying experience was just as impressive. It arrived in three days, the tray packaging made unpacking and assembly almost too easy, and the bike was flawless out of the box. When I reached out with questions and accessory requests, customer service—shoutout to Ding—responded within hours and had everything shipped the next day.With over 400 miles of commuting, errands, and grocery hauling behind me, the Joy has proven its power, reliability, and a nearly 50‑mile range. The name fits—it really is a Joy!

I would give 6 stars if I could. I researched e-bikes for over a year before deciding on the Urtopia Carbon 1 Pro. I’m never looking back. Not only is the bike crazy fun to ride, but ACTUAL HUMAN customer service has been incredibly responsive to my questions. The Chatbot is even useful. Forget the other thousand e-bikes out there. Urtopia has what you’re looking for and they’ll make sure you’re happy with your experience.

I’ve had the chord X for about 1.5 years and it’s exceptional. I’m not a kid, I’m84 years old and ride the bike most everyday either on short errands or small trips in and around the neighborhoodThe only thing better than the bike is the service. Whenever I’ve had a small issue; a quick email gets it resolved. I noted that I ride most everyday but often my rides are cut short when someone stops me and asks about the bike…few realize it’s an e-bike….it looks amazing

Easy to deal with
I had a broken bike part thousands of miles from home. It was a Urtopia specific part on a bike under warranty. I didn't have my purchase paperwork with me however they were able to confirm the warranty coverage through their app. I couldn't recieve packages where I was staying. Urtopia Customer Service quickly sent the part to their local dealer in Tucson, AZ where I was able to pick it up and repair my bike. Ajo Bikes in Tucson, their dealer, was also wonderfully cooperative. Hats off to Zak Chapman in particular.

I’m exploring a variety of e-bikes for my wife. What I shared reflects my own personal experience and may not reflect the experience of others.On January 27, 2026, I contacted New Urtopia’s warranty and support team and received a response within minutes from a real human being. I verified that Annie was not an AI agent. I exchanged multiple emails and received prompt replies each time, and when I called their support number, the same person answered immediately. In today’s environment, that stood out to me.That said, I’m not dismissing or minimizing anyone else’s experience. For transparency, I also checked the company’s BBB listing, which shows that they are not BBB-accredited and currently have a BBB rating of F. That information matters and should be part of the conversation.My intent here isn’t to defend or promote a company, but to share a single, firsthand data point while encouraging others to do their own research and make informed decisions based on what matters most to them.

Good for two years - horrible after
The bike itself was good for two years. After that, the bike started to break down. Customer service is unfortunately abysimal or not existing. I tried to get spare parts sent to Berlin, but have been going back and forth with the support for 5 months (!) now. I originally would have recommended an Urtopia bike. Giving the current circumstances, I unfortunately can not.

I ordered the carbon 1 pro bike but…
I ordered the carbon 1 pro bike but found that it didn't work for me because of the bar (I have an injury that prevented me from swinging my leg over comfortably). I contacted customer service to let them know I needed to return it and ordered the step-thru. The customer service that I received was phenomenal. They were very responsive, courteous and kind, and the whole process was seamless. I was extremely impressed and grateful. Also, love the look of the new bike! I'm looking forward to riding it!

Utopia stood behind their product warranty and got me back riding by providing the parts to the Bike Sultan so he could work his magic and fix my bike . A big thanks to Ding in support . I highly recommend this Company when you’re considering an E-Bike purchase. Joe at the Bike Sultan is the best. If you ever have an issue and are in Palm Beach area I highly recommend going to the Bike Sultan or if you want to buy a bike go to Joe because you know he will be able to fix it also not just sell you the bike .😍

Urtopia Product Support One Again Successful!
Urtopia Product Support has, once again, successfully helped me, much thanks! I had an unfortunate accident with my Carbon 1 Pro which completely cracked my “Smart Bar” display controller on the handlebar. Urtopia Product Support came through, providing me a new replacement, for which I am so appreciative. I very much enjoy my Carbon 1 Pro (I ride it almost daily) - but the addition of good Product Support makes it even more enjoyable.

Excellent brand for e-bikes!
I can not express how happy I am with my purchase of the carbon classic ST from Urtopia! The best feature are its light weight, well engineered with a sleek design. Moreover, Urtopia support representative Stella helped me replaced some broken items during transport quickly. Oh, it was a super deal to get the helmet, rack, bottle holder and the mini air pump too on my purchase.

I recently purchased the Carbon 1 Pro ebike. I am very pleased with its' ease of use. The decreased weight is quite nice compared to other ebikes I have ridden. The ability to use an app on my phone to connect to the bike "computer" is a nice feature. In addition I had an excellent experience with their customer service. I somehow managed to misplace the key to access the battery. Customer service expedited sending me at no cost a replacement key. Overall I am very satisfied with the bike and the company.

I have had a 5Star experience with my recent ebike purchase. In particular, the customer service representative Sue and others supporting my order have exceeded my expectations.I initially order a Carbon Fusion Pro which is a fine product, but as a senior I needed to return this bike and reordered a Carbon Joy Ultra. I needed a lower profile step thru ebike. The Urtopia customer service team was with me every step of the return and reordering process, and kept me fully informed. A First Class experience!
