DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE
I ordered a blanket at the end of November for a Christmas gift. Their store front on etsy says they are in Brooklyn, NY and that shipping is usually up to 2 weeks. Well it is 2 days before Christmas and I have not received my blanket. I emailed them only to find out they are in China and my blanket is stuck in customs. Had I known they were actually in China I would not have ordered from them because I know the blanket would not have gotten here in time. They are deceptive and lied about where they are from and furthermore the support team asked me to wait until the end of next week because it is a busy celebratory time. Duh, it was a gift for someone and because you lied about your location I don't have the gift I bought for someone. THESE PEOPLE LIE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY ARE DECEPTIVE. Furthermore, they haven't even apologized for being deceptive and ruining my Christmas. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIARS!!!! look them up on Etsy it states New York on their store page. Also, ETSY should be ashamed for allowing them to continue to do business on their platform since they are being deceptive.
