TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN THE DRIVER THAT HIT MY CAR ALSO HAS INSURANCE WITH NJM.ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT TELL ME NOT TO DO ANYTHING WITH MY CAR UNTIL THEY FINISH THEIR INVESTIGATION.

They went up on their Home Owners, Auto Insurance everything. I switched to USAA and saved over $1000.00 a year. My Auto insurance went up$800.00 a year. They claimed it cost more to fix a car due to tariff and car parts. First it was covid, now tariff.
wish i could give them -5 stars. horrible company to deal with. last year i told them I would pay my homeowners not to withdrawl from mortgage account. they cashed my check and then 7 days later took the payment from mortgage account. 60 days to get the money back... then i find out not getting best rate... i have outstanding credit 830+ . but it seems that because i bought a ford tractor and owe > 50% of my credit line on that account that lexisnexis is deeming me a 'greater risk'. ford offered me 0% financing...silly not to use that... only asked for what i needed. and how does >50% of credit limit on acct make me a bigger risk to insure. lexisnexis says NJM makes the rules... insurance companies are inventing ways to inflate prices... avoid the company if you can.
Very professional staff. Kept working on my claim almost a year to get back my deductible from a hit and run truck driver.
