Made my dog very poorly.
I had been using this brand and my dog initially seemed vey happy, i chose this brand because it markets itself as being really healthy and full of good stuff , however over the past three weeks my dog has been very poorly vomiting and diarrhoea, we did the usual thing with chicken rice and egg and he picked up, we then started introducing the Nood food back and he became ill again, when we looked into this brand we saw other reviews for dogs and cats that have suffered the same thing, i would seriously look into this before you buy this product.

Nood biscuits are great value for money .My dogs ave been eating medium dog recommended for cockapoos for around 3 years .They love the small bites. I wouldn't change their kibble . No problems with the food at all.A*

Good food for my range of cats
Trying to feed my cats who live and eat together and are aged between 3 (moggies) and 18 (Siamese) is tricky. But they all like the Nood dry chicken food and are well on it. That it’s made from cage free chicken is a big bonus for me.

Quality cat food
Been using nood wet cat food for over 4 years. The ingredients make it one of the best you can get at supermarkets. Tried other quality ones from a pet shop, but my cat was sick with it

Absolutely disgusted in customer service...
I sent photos of a newly purchased dog food pouch that looked ready to explode, Noods did not respond. 2 weeks later I sent another, then another, they apologised for the delay, said they would get back to me. They did not, I complained about my complaint to be told we will send you another box free of charge. Again they did not, I am still waiting for another response, it's now been 5 months. I refuse to buy their products now as they have No care factor, customer service, they do not take anything seriously. I was extremely patient and courteous for way too long. No more NOODS. Absolutely disgusted.

Avoid!!!!!
I have 6 cats and 3 of the 6 all started vomiting and bloody diarrhoea a day after starting nood cat biscuits, as soon as i changed back they all got better again! I then looked more into the brand and noticed loads of other pets are getting sick on this brand. I would 100% avoid nood as clearly they are just selling poison and passing it as 'all natural' disgusting!!

I have three Westies
I have three Westies, a breed well know for food allergies. We have transitioned them over from James Wellbeloved to Nood and they love it.I wonder if people complaining of upset tummies and just swapping from one food to another, which will of course cause digestion issues.I can only speak as I find and our doggies love it

Nood isn't good!
Thought I would try this cat food for a change but soon wished I hadn't! The 3 cats that were eating this food started being sick and I couldn't understand why. I started off by adding it to their normal food and all loved it. But then the vomiting started and I couldnt understand why until I stopped the Nood and they are now back to normal. So I definitely would not recommend this for cats.

Tried this cat food and my cat threw up multiple times for the 5 days she was on this. Swapped back and vomiting has stopped. Its the Nood kibble making her sick

Started my adult whippet on nood over a month ago as his normal food went up in price again, found nood to be brilliant!! his coat is a lot better than before and is even growing back in places it was patchy in due to skin allergies and most importantly he loves eating it. So no complaints from us!!

NOODS response to complaints are…
NOODS response to complaints are generic (“firstly, are your fur babies okay?”…) and even with a mountain of negative reviews NOOD takes no responsibility and displays no real concern when they don’t even ask for batch numbers. We have two dogs and one cat. Upon eating just one meal of NOOD both dogs were ill. They vomited several times and had several runny stools (some with blood). Thankfully they made a full recovery when I changed them back to their usual brand however the same can’t be said for our carpets. On Trust Pilot 45% give NOOD 5 star reviews (??) and 40% give just 1 star reviews. Why are supermarkets still stocking these products? I didn’t and would not feed my cat NOOD after seeing the reaction it had on our dogs.

French user in Paris to favor healthy products
I am a french user living next to Paris and was used to buy Nood because it made one of my cats healthy compared to other constipating products. Unfortunately they stopped selling them in some big stores and I can't find them anywhere else, I am having to buy very expensive veterinary products just for her. I favor food that does not cause health issues to other product of course since you get less visits to the vet

I have a dog with allergies. Reading the packaging on the front it would lead you to think it's single protein with solid statements about quality and nutrition...It's all BS the beef has multiple proteins the blurb on the front is all misleading..Utter rubbish!!!!

Thought i would try dry food noods…
Thought i would try dry food noods chicken kibble for my dog as they where on offer dog was not keen smelt the pack disgusting it smelt like manure chucked straight in the bin.
