Basically stole my computer. It went in with and extra check included for 1-9 days repair. No straight answers after 35 days. I ask everyday of status. The most I get back from "Dolly" is I will ask "the tech" "the team" or "the technicians" and get right back to you. After a month my check has not been cashed. I believe someone stole it. Insured for $1700 through USPS but they said someone signed for it so it is not lost.
Unsatisfied with service, I don't trust them and won't be sending my stuff here ever again.Update: My GPU Was deemed a no fix by northridge sent it somewhere else they fixed it in less than a week, simple problem probably didn’t even check it at nortridge.
