I ordered 3 rugs from NuLoom's website and when they arrived I was disappointed with how thin and cheap they felt. The colors were also different than the picture but I could have lived with that. But they were too thin and did not fold out flat due to creases. They also had a strong odor...that part is my fault as I should have made sure to buy from a company that has certified non-toxic rugs. NuLoom has a return policy, but it seems to be designed to make it prohibitively expensive to send your rug back. They make you purchase a label on your own and since most people do not have a business account the cost to mail back your rug will be more than the rug costs (I was quoted $160 by FedEx). I asked NuLoom if they could get a label on their account and charge me for the shipping so at least I could get their business rate and they denied my request...probably because they knew that I would have no other options other than to keep the rugs. I will never order from them again and am so disappointed with my experience. I feel like I got scammed. I should have done more research and ordered from a company that provides a return label and has rugs that are certified non-toxic.

Returned the damaged rug but they won’t refund my money …
I purchased a 12x14” rug directly from nuLoom. $450. Each time I vacuumed the rug, the entire canister of my Dyson Ball Vacuum was full of the rug fibers. Fibers of the rug were also also all over my hardwood floors and floating in the air. I called for a return, after many back and forth emails, I was sent a shipping label. I shipped it back and after two weeks of nuloom receiving my rug, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called at least 6 times, and left emails and I was only able to talk to someone once. He told me the system is down and there’s no way to tell me when or if I’ll ever receive a refund. So $450 stolen from NuLoom. Do not buy these rugs, they’re garbage and you will not get your money back.

I purchased a nuloom rug
I purchased a nuloom rug. It was beautiful until it wasnt. The rug started to fade after about 3 to four months. I contacted them and only received a survey review on my customer service experience. Really? I obviously could not return it. They offered no solution, refund or otherwise. I will never purchase another rug from them. The rug is faded on one side, I have turned it in hopes that it will fade so that it won't be so obvious. This rug was over $100 and I assumed it would last longer than 4 months. It is machine washable, but I can't imagine what it would look like if I did. Buyer beware. I wish I could include a picture.

Premium rug pad from not premium…
I ordered a “Premium Rug Pad” from nuloom. The product was not as described on the website. Not even close. It was flimsy and provided no grip for my area rug—very unsafe. Oh! And there is no way to view customer reviews of this product on their website. That seems convenient. Also, when I asked them for a free return (because I received the pad not as described) they said “no”. Terrible company will not buy from them again.

I am so angry with this purchase
I am so angry with this purchase. I have literally been scammed and permanently damaged by this company. I purchased a rug through “shop premium outlets” which I will deal with later. BUT, NuLoom has taken ripping people off to an entirely different level. Over Christmas I ordered a rug for the living room.I bought the underlayment to keep it down and was so excited about the beauty it brought to the house.The next day it started emitting all of these fine fibers, shedding in bunches that I couldn’t keep up with, and piling on back side including the back peeling off. I literally had to remove it from the house. I don’t have animals but could not even let my two year old granddaughter on the floor because of the fibers. I was literally afraid she would breathe them in, they were so small and so abundant.I have emailed “shop premium outlets” over 7 times asking for a refund, I have provided over 10 photos showing the multiple problems we are having and the only information I keep receiving is that what I’m dealing with has been unsubstantiated OR NORMAL for this rug. All I wanted was to send it back to them, have them see what is happening and then approve a return. But, they already know so they refuse the return or refund and they continue to hope not to receive a class action lawsuit. These rugs are not good, not healthy, and may in fact be terribly bad for our children. Please let me know if you have had any of these concerns because I plan on contacting my attorney in the next week to compile reviews.

Good pricing, excellent delivery timing, good quality EXCEPT advertisement said it was Navy Blue and it is a green blue (teal?) at best. Doesn't match a thing in the house... so I recommend people spend a little more with other rug online merchants.

Fantastic products at a great price
Fantastic products at a great price! I bought 2 Nuloom rugs on Overstock that are woven and washable. They are so beautiful and they shipped so quickly. I can't say enough about how well they were packaged either. Will definitely order more of these when I need rugs again! Thanks for caring about your customers!

Having recently had a dreadful experience with another rug company ( my review is posted on Trustpilot) I was apprehensive about buying a replacement online.I needn't have worried. I ordered my nuLOOM rug through Wayfair, it was delivered within 5 days and it is beautiful.It arrived so well but sensibly packaged that I knew that any company which took such care to package items properly would produce top quality products.So happy and would go nowhere else for rugs etc. And it was almost the same price as the oversized bath mat I'd had delivered from the other company!
