Extremely bad Company.
Our daughters - and friend - had booked 2 tickets for New Year Eve Canal Cruise (Lower deck) and paid AED 1.798,00 on 29th of December 2021.(Boarding time 21:15-22:00 PM and departure 23:00 PM)When they arrived there was no place for them on the boat and they were turned away.You have COMPLETELY ruined their New Years Eve - it is such bad customer service!!Please return their money immediately.They have travelled all the way to Dubai for New Years Eve.We have Contacted the BankJanuary 1.
