I have terible experience with this website

I have terible experience with this company. Never order anything from their website and never left any personal information or bank account on their website. They will charge you and their costumer services will not serve to you.

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Frustrating and Unethical Subscription PracticesI canceled my subscription with Only Natural Pet months ago, yet they continue to send me food and charge my account almost $82 each time. When I called customer service, I was told that I had “only canceled a delivery, not the subscription.” Their website is extremely confusing and not user-friendly, and it honestly feels intentionally designed that way to trap customers into staying subscribed.The reason I canceled in the first place was because my dogs had to be switched to a different food. The only reason I even looked for an alternative was because Only Natural Pet’s deliveries consistently took forever to arrive, leaving me waiting far too long for food I needed on time.When I called about the most recent charge and asked for a refund, I was told I would have to refuse delivery or ship the product back before they would refund me. While I understand policies, this completely ignores real life. Between work and daily responsibilities, the last thing I want—or have time—to do is drive to a post office, wait in line, and send something back just to get my own money refunded. That means nearly $82 out of my account for weeks, and in today’s economy, that’s money I absolutely need.On top of all of this, customer service was rude and dismissive, and I believe one representative actually hung up on me. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, and courtesy refunds are commonly given—especially when the company is clearly at fault.This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and financially damaging. I would strongly caution anyone considering a subscription with this company.

Suspicious

My dog's food was out of stock so I searched and this co came up. Never heard of this co. Price seemed ok but description and photo differed greatly in weight, so I looked for a phone #. Called them and someone answered and then hung up right away. Then noticed all the reviews for the product are copies from the Dr. Marty website. Every, single, one. Next to the description was a review telling me if I was unsure of this company to "trust them". Too many suspicious things in a row. Don't think so. Not going to chance giving them my credit card info.

Sends expired products

Check your products to make sure they’re not expired. Product was already 4 month old expired when I received it. When I checked, it was too late for returns. Worst customer service I’ve experienced who wouldn’t budge at all. Edit: Another customer service personnel contacted me and remedied the situation after my negative review. I'm very happy with their solution, it was a lot more than what my item was worth. However, the first situation was a lot of back and forth, shouldn't have escalated to this. Rating changed to 3.5.

Only Natural Pet automatically put you…

Only Natural Pet automatically put you on auto-ship, something I didn’t know when I ordered. I normally buy a 12.5 lb bag of food. That size was out of stock from the manufacturer so I bought a 4 lb bag from here. A little over 3 weeks later I got an email saying my order was filled. I called within 2 hours of receiving that email to say I didn’t want it, please cancel. I was told it was too late even though it hadn’t left the building. I was told I would get a return label for the order. It took a second call to actually get that label. I sent back the order. I have now found that they charged me $6 shipping that was not refunded, even though I canceled BEFORE it was shipped.

We've been using them for 9 years with…

We've been using them for 9 years with our 10-year-old pomeranian, she loves only natural pet, dry food. I don't know why there's so many bad reviews. It's great food.It hasn't been recalled, and it's affordable

DO NOT sign up for auto-ship!

DO NOT sign up for auto-ship!! There is NO WAY to cancel!!! You can change the product, change the date, change the frequency, but what you CANNOT do, is cancel. Dog dies? Ohh well, here's another bag of food. Don’t need it anymore? Too bad, you signed up for auto ship 12 years ago, were going to keep sending it until you die, then your heirs will get it, because YOU CAN'T CANCEL OUR AUTO SHIP!!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They don’t know questipns about the products they’re selling, they don’t accept returns on closed packages. They don’t reason with you. Is not my first time dealing with them. They have sent replacements of products i needed for my dog with things i would never use

Really really terrible customer service…

Really really terrible customer service and a real lack of a system that respects consumer rights. Two great issues: 1) My order never came. It was time sensitive. I listed it when ordering. Just kept receiving automated messages and no real customer service. 2) Bombarded by ONLY NATURAL PET emails, I must have "unsubscribed" at least half a dozen times. Still being bombarded. Total lack of respect for consumers rights and real customer service. Seems there is no "human" behind this mass production machine.

Once they have your email address, they refuse to remove it. Very poor quality products. Terrible customer service.

Always out of stock

I’ve placed two orders at different times and they both got canceled by the company. Due to items being out of stocks. So frustrating and very annoyed with their customer service. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Infested with beetles in every bag

This dog food was great for a couple of years. Now every bag has hundreds of beetles and larvae. There’s pacing in the dried kibble. They expect my dog to just eat these larvae and beetles. It’s truly unacceptable for a premium dog food company that is close to $100 a bag. They take no ownership and won’t respond to the disgusting videos and photos sent. Due to this poor customer service is why I want to warn people about this brand and their dog food.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered dog food and did a subscription several months ago. Now my dog doesnt like that particular brand so we changed the brand. They sent me the item without sending a reminder email that it will be shipped. Once I got the food I called and requested to return the same. They DONOT provide return label and the customer service person was rude and not helpful. They want me to pay for shipping back. They should have sent a reminder email confirming that the product is being shipped so I had an option to cancel at that time since things change. I would have ordered the different brand that my dog likes. But unfortunately they have lost a customer and worst of all it seems that they dont even care. Be careful ordering from this company.

I was looking for cat food

I was looking for cat food. wanted to see if I there were coupons as I’m on a budget. I managed to find Only natural pet. I checked Trust pilot to see the reviews saw there were some problems but decided to place an order anyway because I had 35% the 1st subscribe order. I bought the Nulo canned duck food and taste of the wild turkey dry food. I was surprised the order came quickly and glad there were no problems. So yes, they are real and for me they did come through. i’m always looking for a way to save and that’s what led me to do a search.

Shady billing practices

Signed up for an autoship but the reminder emails went to my spam folder. Tried to cancel an order about 4 hours after it had been placed and my card charged and they claimed they couldn't do a refund because the order had already been pulled and given a label. But I have to wait for FedEx to come pick the package up then return it to them before my refund is released. This makes absolutely no sense and means they are charging people as soon as orders are placed instead of when they are shipped as most companies do. I am wondering if they even plan on issuing any refund at all at this point.

Happy repeat customer

Hello,I am sorry to hear about problems but I am so glad to have found this company several yrs ago. I use a grain free dry dog food, shrooms, flea tick collars, shampoo, and barrier bites. I have been buying the grain free chicken powerfood for several years and my dog has had no troubles and the price and subscription service have been helpful for me. I was frustrated when I was not informed of product being out of stock and had to look elsewhere but just recently received notification of my favorite food back in stock. I also find it valuable knowing this company has not received any recalls-that I could find. Happy repeat customer. Thank you,

Terrible company, mediocre food

Terrible company, and fyi my dogs preferred the grain free I had been getting at Walmart, and snubbed most of what I bought here(alot). Impossible to find way through site to order, all nonsensical NOT user friendly. So hard I called to have help with the order. Made order and it was wrong. Got what I had explicitly said I did not want, asked it be removed and I thought that was all set. Nope. I set reorder for 12 weeks but in 3 weeks I got another hug order, random items chosen(crazy at this point). Left vm messages, emails, but never got a call back or anything refunded. After a few more weeks I finally got them on the phone, was refund for what was missing, and was told they agreed and CANCELED my subscription. (I hope it was, fingers crossed!)

Sham company

They ship by post office and post office will not deliver it. I've contacted this company NUMEROUS times and get nonsensical responses from their customer "service" which is not service by any stretch of the imagination. They will not give me a requested refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

natural flea and tick collars break easily

We have been using the lemon scented natural tick and flea collar for our dog. 2 times it has snapped in two making it useless. We bought several off these in advance so we would have them on hand. The first time one broke they sent a free replacement. Now when we put another on it snapped like a twig the next day. It was in a sealed package and had an expiration date of June 2025. Now they will not honor their failed product by sending a replacement saying their "system" will not allow them to replace an item bought in Oct 2023.

Good service

This company has great customer service, but I'll admit it is hard to find their phone number. Chat and email did not work (never received the password reset email) so phone number was critical in getting my issue resolved. Finally found it at the bottom of an email.
