Abysmal Customer Service
Abysmal customer service. I have no idea how companies expect to stay in business if they cannot comprehend grammatically pristine and sequentially written English language requests. We simply wanted to refer my mom to the company after placing an order. The referral button was not working. I took a screen shot, explained the situation, and THREE separate “service” personnel proceeded to advise me on a completely different issue. It was as if they all were reading a totally different customer email. They were curt as well, hence the one star. I placed one order and while my dog liked the food, we don’t do business with ignorance anymore, and quality service is of the utmost importance to me when spending our hard earned money especially in this economy. The LEAST they can do for a $100+ dollar of food is fully read my email and treat us with respect. Also it took forever to arrive. I would wait though of they treated me like a human the first three interactions. A supervisor finally responded on day five of the issue but by them I was done. Five days later. Five. Lol!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have struggled with Open Farm in the past....once, necessitating a 6 hr round trip drive to obtain my dogs food because of failed delivery. NOW, I attempted to trust them with supplying my 87 year old widowed mother and on their very first scheduled delivery, THEY WERE OUT OF PRODUCT and attempts to communicate per their suggestions.....chat/email/phone..... I was informed they would get back to me in ONE TO THREE DAYS!I CANCELLED MY MOMS SUBSCRIPTION and I live three states away from her and am unable to rectify this disaster. HIRE PEOPLE TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY AND PAY THEM WELL!!!

Horrible Customer Service
I have been trying to get in touch since September 24th and have sent four emails without receiving any response. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication.I received my order on September 12, 2025, and was concerned upon delivery: the box had no ice remaining, and 13 items were completely thawed while the others were still frozen. Although you replaced the 13 thawed items, I am now worried the entire package may have been spoiled.I followed the recommended 10-day gradual switch when introducing the food to my puppy. Unfortunately, she began experiencing loose bowel movements and continued to have them for 12 days. This raises serious concerns about the safety and quality of the product I received.I am leaving a two-star review at this time, primarily because I have made multiple attempts to reach your team since September 24th with no acknowledgment. As a customer, I expect timely communication, especially when the health of my pet

Abysmal Customer Service!
Yes, I agree with another review-Horrible customer service! It’s impossible to speak with anyone and have been trying for a week. The food seems good, I care about my dogs, so I keep trying and they are trying my patience…. They are a poorly run company and I know, since I owned a company for 35 years.

Great for skin issues.
This is the only food that has helped out Pittie mix and his skin issues. We have tried everything from mid grade to high end foods with no luck. I wish there were more flavors in the skin health line.

BEWARE, THIS COMPANY FALSE ADVERTISES!!!! Their math of percentages does not add up! Their "referral program" is a LIE!!!! They CHOOSE whether or not they are going to honor the referral!! When they "promise" a follow up with their supervisors, they will so UNPROFESSIONALLY RESPOND TO SOMEONE ELSE ENTIRELY!!!! GOOD LUCK GETTING WHAT THEY ADVERTISE!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
What is with all the hype?!?!!!! Ingredients are decent but Customer Service, not so much!!They charged my credit card for my order and then canceled the entire order and I had to wait 3-5 business days for them to refund my money for 6 bags of dog food because of a computer glitch (error on their part) which allowed me 20% off each bag. They sent me an email saying there was a two bag limit and would not honor the sale that had already been processed.The size of the kibble is way too small and both my small and large dogs choke on it. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I would definitely NOT recommend this company!
