Although I know quite a bit about buying and using timber, it's always a pleasure to buy from Malcolm and the boys at Orchard Timber LIVINGSTON. They are always pleasant, patient and extremely knowledgeable when asked about their products. Although they charge for delivery its still a no brainer as their delivery drivers always go out of their way to help. 5 Stars
Some horrid staff, and some great ones, service is poor but after being passed to order bathrooms and kitchen by workman, items we were assured were always in stock, suddenly out of stock, then mismatched floor tiles then despite paying direct with delivery to me, they point blank refused to supply any invoices as they say these only go to the workmen! Now they will not answer email. My best advice is stay away and find a reputable professional supplier.
