I had an ice dam on my roof that caused water to leak into my house. Yanni told me ALL the snow and ice would be removed, damaged wood replaced and the whole roof would be waterproof when they were done. He sent one man to do the job who didn’t even speak English. I pointed out one leak in the living room and tried to tell him of the other one in my bedroom to which he didn’t even follow me. Outside I pointed out both where it was dripping from inside the eves and again tried to tell him I wanted all the ice removed from the edge of the roof. I thought he understood as I had told Yanni who instructed him as to what to do…I THOUGHT! Not speaking Spanish I don’t know what he told him, but I was told ALL the ice and snow would be removed, damaged wood replaced. I asked him if the estimate would change if they found another leak, and I was told it was all inclusive. Ice was taken off one third of the roof, damaged wood was found, but not replaced, just patched and re-shingled over. When I asked about the other end of the house, he said he’d give me another estimate. I was also told it would all be inspected, inside and out. There was no inspection at all! Beware of this business. They post a few good reviews, but you don’t see any bad ones posted.
