I had zero issues

I had zero issues. They were the only distributor with the weight balancer I needed for my Samsung front loader washer that had low shipping cost. Only $15 on a very heavy part. I ordered Wednesday morning and had it Friday afternoon. It was brand new and well packaged.

Took my money

Took my money , didn't confirm order yet they said mine looked as suspected fraud. Requested refund after begging for them to ship part because I was in dire need for refrigerator. Reported to my bank and BBB.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Stay away at all costs. They refuse to credit me for a part I returned within their return window. It was unused and untouched. They sent one email telling me, 'part was damaged' and refused to speak to me any further. After this I've found multiple complaints like mine. STAY AWAY.

Fridge went out and I needed to act…

Fridge went out and I needed to act quick. I ordered a fan, paid for overnight hoping it'd make it the next day but prepared to wait another since it was Presidents Day. I then read some reviews and got worried. Couldn't have gone better. Unfortunately I misdiagnosed the issue, so I ordered a control board and again, flawless.

bad bad bad...DO NOT ORDER from these people.

bad bad bad...the oven part would not fit so I returned it (at my expense). They said it did not come back in the identical box they shipped it in so they threw it away and would not credit me the $100 I paid for it!!!! CROOKS !!!

Great experience

My dishwasher broke right before Christmas. I ordered a circulation pump and it came in just a few days, arriving on Christmas Eve. It was a perfect fit. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

Thieves!!

Thieves!!! Be aware!!! Ordered merchandise,wasn't the right one so returned it but accidentally I returned part from another company ( ordered same part from two companies)..had to pay shipping and they rejected my returned part because it wasn't theirs. Never get that merchandise back( they just kept it) no money back and no merchandise back no response anymore....don't buy from this thieves ... Customer service is horrible,never buy from them again. They stole my money ... negative 5 stars

DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

Bought an ice tray assembly that I didn't need. Called for RMA number which they provided. Returned in original packaging. I had to call to check on the return and they stated the return was broken.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST.

I ordered two Whirlpool refrigerator…

I ordered two Whirlpool refrigerator door gaskets. One was defective. When I contacted customer service, I was told to submit a warranty claim and that the claim is generally processed in 24-48 hours. After not hearing back, I contacted them and was told the status was still showing “submitted”. No additional communication. No offer of return or exchange for a new part.

Sent me the wrong items

Sent me the wrong items, then tried to charge me for the return shipment. After complaining, someone emailed to say that her supervisor emailed me a return label. I never received any email, so I followed up again and they said they resent it. No email ever came. Weeks have passed. It was a huge mistake to attempt to do business with this trainwreck of a parts supplier. Glad I didn't put more orders in, since we're apparently eating the cost for this.

Horrible customer service

As you can tell from these other reviews, this place is a joke. I paid for UPS next day air shipping which is supposed to be before 10:30 and they just can't seem to grasp the concept that you get a refund if it's delivered after that time. The customer service lady, Mrs Spotts, instead insist that they don't fill orders on the weekend. Yet, my package was delivered late, on Tuesday. Doesn't make much sense does it? You came back to work on Monday and the package was supposed to be delivered Tuesday before 10:30, and it wasn't, that's why I paid $60 for shipping. You refund me the money and UPS refunds you the money. A simple three second Google search will show you this, but they don't have time for that apparently. But they have plenty of time to argue with how you're wrong and you're right. So please folks, don't make the mistakes I made, don't use this company, be smaller than I am.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Price EXCESSIVELY HIGHSHIPPING just as bad then they send U a part nowhere near the one PICTURED on their OWN website & tell U that's what "you ordered" & that's the end of that & after placing me on HOLD for a very long time they HANG UP on you

Just buy from Amazon!

I ordered an Oven Broil Element element to see if it would resolve my oven issue. I installed it and quickly found out it was not the element but the control panel. I immediately removed the part, and started the return process. I repackaged it in the same box and returned it. Once they received the part, it was rejected as they stated the part had been installed. I asked that the part be sent back to me as not only did I pay the initial fee for the part, but also the cost of shipping it back. I was told that they had destroyed the part. Just buy on Amazon, at least they accept returns. I learned my lesson.

When this company screws up

When this company screws up, they do not care. Their Customer Service responds evenutally and tells you to kiss off. They have the inability to solve problems and to make anything right with the customer. You get your part when you get it. If you don't like it, then that's on you. Zero stars if I could.

Not really very interested repeat business I guess

Order two of the same item to put my dryer back in service. The item cost was $4 and shipping was $10. They sent 1 of the 2 items and said they were on backorder. So I went back to their website and ordered another one and it also was sent in a timely fashion with another $10 shipping... Backordered? Really?

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Got an OEM ice maker and installed it last night and it already has filled up my ice maker. I was super excited about the price. They were cheaper than anyone else. Don’t listen to the reviews. I did read the reviews after I ordered my part and was like omg so I called the company and spoke to a super nice young lady named Ashley. Got my order like it seemed like in record time and now as I said have ice for my drinks. So thank you guys and thank you Ashley for putting up with me freaking out lol.

GREAT RESPONSE TIME

I live out in a small town in Montana. I ordered a part for my dishwasher on Wednesday at 3:30pm and had it next day by 1:30 using standard shipping. I was expecting at least a week. Perfect fit, great condition and packaged well.

Stay Away Do Not Order From Them

Ordered 2 parts a stove knob and a crisper drawer for fridge. The crisper drawer was delivered damaged. Called to report damage within in hours and was told to reorder and pay separate shipping (10.95). Was told some shipping would be refunded with cost of part with in 24-48 hours. The stove knob was sent via a different shipper, was told no refund for shipping and I never paid shipping for the crisper, which I clearly did $10.95). I will wait and see if the new part I ordered will be delivered intact which I paid another $10.95 shipping for. Do NOT do business with this company! I wish I would have seen all the poor reviews before I placed my original order.
