My Makita Miter Saw developed a safety issue as the head would no longer lift up after cutting. Now (2026) the replacement saw is $739 at HD. A $9 spring from Parts Warehouse and good tune-up got it working like new again. Got the exact part I needed. Good price. REALLY FAST SHIPPING!! I will use Parts Warehouse again for sure!

If I could give 0 stars for this review I would do it.I ordered a replacement part for my Bosch dishwasher. They sent me a different part than what was pictured in my order yet insisted this was the part that was correct--wrong! Big hassle on returns. Decided to just eat crow and keep the part after all the return hassle. I venture to say to make sure of the part you are ordering is absolutely correct, but that may not even help you here. I went straight to the manufacturer for the part after this ordeal, which, lesson learned, I should have done in the first place. Good luck!

This is the worst company to trust with your needs. I ordered a replacement snow blower blade and paid for 1-3 day express shipping because my last blade broke and another storm was predicted for the upcoming weekend. 4 days later and the day of the prediction it still didn’t come and I reached out to the company and they then told me that it was backlogged until Feb 20th. I asked if I would get refunded my express shipping and they replied I would receive credit (which I will never use because I don’t trust this company to fulfill their end of the deal, so I am out of my express shipping). I just received another email today, Feb 14, that the shipping is now moved to March, right after the snow season here. Untrustworthy and lack of communication is the reason that Partswarehouse.com won’t see my business or be recommended by me or other business partners that I have.
My order didn't ship in a timely manor. After waiting for over a week and several phone calls it was finally shipped. My shipping and handling fee was paid to FedEx but the part came by the USPS and I ended up having to pay them $23.50 for the postage.
They had exactly the part I needed in stock for a good price. Saved me over a 150 bucks on a new unit. 22 dollars in parts got me going again. I was very happy. Super easy checkout too.
