Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience – avoid at all costs!I decided to try PayPenny because they advertise super attractive exchange rates and zero fees for sending money to India. Sounded too good to be true, and guess what? It was.They promise transfers will be completed quickly (they hint at 12-24 hours at most), but my transaction has been stuck for over 4 days now with no sign of the money reaching the recipient’s account. I initiated it expecting it to arrive within the promised timeframe, but it’s been nothing but delays, excuses, and generic WhatsApp responses from their so-called 24/7 support team that don’t actually solve anything.The worst part is the stress it caused – the recipient needed the funds urgently, but PayPenny’s slow and unreliable process let everyone down. High exchange rates mean nothing if your money is floating in limbo for weeks!There are much better and more reliable apps out there that actually deliver on their promises. Remitly, Wise (formerly TransferWise), or Western Union may not always give the absolute best rate, but they process transfers way faster (often same-day or next-day), have transparent tracking, and far better customer support. Don’t waste your time or risk your money with PayPenny – the “savings” on rates disappear when your transaction takes forever or goes missing.

I am so disappointed in their service…
I am so disappointed in their service because it is too slow, and they blocked my account without doing anything wrong. I contacted their support, but they didn't do anything about it. Now, all my funds have gone. But #Crop Mines..# has been the best alternative. No delays, and they pay on time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Paypenny due to their lack of transparency and inconsistent support.I made a transaction, and my bank has clearly confirmed that the amount was successfully transferred and credited to the Paypenny account. The bank even traced the transaction and verified that the funds reached their account. However, Paypenny claims they have not received the amount and stated that it was sent to an old Paypenny account, which is not my responsibility. It is their internal matter to trace and resolve.What is most concerning is that every time I contact their support, I receive different and conflicting responses. There is no clear explanation, accountability, or genuine effort to resolve the issue. This creates serious doubts about the reliability of their system and customer support.Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before making transfers through this app. There is a real risk that your money may not be credited properly, and resolving the issue can be extremely difficult and stressful.This has been one of the worst financial app experiences I have encountered.
