Have ordered Dry Dog Food for my Labrador twice and received them promptly as scheduled. The kibbles are good and well packed.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Totally unreliable used to be regular customer, but last month my purchase was not delivered, no reply to my emails to them, and the phone line was engaged 24/7. Have filed a complaint with my credit card to get my money back.

Be aware!

I have placed an order about 2 months back. I realised I have input the wrong address (my old house) and I quickly emailed them with the emailed provided and also using their ' contact us'. However, after waiting for about like 3 working days, I received no reply from them at all. I start calling them with the number provided on their website as well, it is always not available. I have called them multiple times for many days and have emailed them but no response. The next thing I received from them is an email stating that one of the items I have placed are out of stock and they will be issuing me credit points which can offset for my next purchase instead of refunding me back my money.Using the same email that they have emailed me, I emailed them back stating that the address is wrong and require them to help me change so that it can be delivered to my house.Sadly, after 2 weeks the stocks came, and still they delivered to the wrong address (my old house).Recently, I would like to place another order. However, the website has been under maintenance for 2 weeks plus already. My credit points are still waiting for me to redeemed as it has an expiry date of 6 months life. I'm pretty sure I will not get back my credit points so called money as well.They are scammer!They has been doing fine last 2 years but I have no idea what got into them and is getting very upsetting and annoying.

I used to buy from them without a…

I used to buy from them without a problem before. But this year After 2 months of waiting My orders never got delivered after and an email came saying they replace it with coupon that you cannot even download because you cannot login anymore with OTP they provide. I asked a refund and no response on emails and phone calls This is a scam! Don’t but from them!

Beware of Scammer!

My order no. is PM580718. I ordered on 28th March 2023 several products totaling $166.50. I was supposed to receive them within 4 working days as advertised but I never did. I received acknowledgement of my order on 4th April but the amount mysteriously changed to $159.50. The Item worth $39.50 I ordered was apparently not in stock. I did not receive any refund but was given a credit coupon which turned out to be invalid. I called listed customer service hotline, but the phone number is not in use. I sent email numerous times and my emails has been ignored. I found out from CNA news report and Mothership news on line, according to CASE report, there are 44 consumer complaints against Perromart from 1 Jan to Feb 13 2023. Currently they are still active on line and taking orders and scamming more people. I will report them to the authority.

Perromart is the worst online shop

Perromart is the worst online shop. I ordered some dog food and other items in Feb but was told they were out of stocks and I got a refund via store credit. I wrote to them that I was unable to log into my account to retrieve my refund for my next purchase but till now I've not received any updates from them. Pls guys do not purchase from them as they are scamming customers with refunds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALERT!!! Do not buy from Perromart

ALERT!!!DO NOT BUY from Perromart.I placed my order for 6 "in-stock" items in Jan 2023. After not receiving my goods for more than 2 weeks, I send multiple requests for status updates. Perromart cancelled my order in Feb 2023 stating that all items are out of stock. However, instead of refunding my money to me, they credited my $100+ under their store credits. Despite multiple requests to get my money back as there is nothing else that I wanted to buy, Perromart simply ignored me. Just when I tried to be more understanding and forcing myself to buy other stuffs that I do not need from Perromart, they slapped me with another $10 shipping charge as they do not consider store credit as min purchase of $25 to qualify for free shipment. For God’s sake, this $100+ store credits are actually my money!Throughout the 4 months, I received ZERO response from Perromart for all my enquires and follow up.WARNING: DO NOT BUY from Perromart to avoid going thru the same painful experience as many victims liked me.

It's really terrible

It's really terrible. No refund and seller went missing. No replies to all emails and calls made. My friend actually went down to the shop to get his refund. I am just too lazy to go all the way to Kallang. Those staying in the east can try to do that, provided the shop is still around.

I ordered pet food on the 16th of FEb…

I ordered pet food on the 16th of FEb and still have no signs of delivery…have sent enough chasers and tried calling with no result. They have lately kept amending my order and giving it an adjective number and removing some items but nothing beyond. I need my refund or delivery or a confirmation on what’s happening at the eeriest

I placed my order on 20 Feb 23 and still waiting for the delviery after more than 1 month

I placed my order no. PM576383 on 20 February 2023. More than month passed and the order has not been delivered. Wrote to perromart twice and get the standard reply about out-of-stock situation. Last night, I went on Shoppe and found perromart is offering steep discount on pet food. Added some items in the cart, then clicked on chat and waited. Someone from perromart actually responded. I asked if a certain pet food is available and how long to expect the delivery. He answered there are ready stock and delivery will be made within 3-5 working days. I thanked him. But I did not place the order. Just left the order in the cart. How could you trust a company with orders pending since 20 Feb 2023 and promising you that new orders could be delivered in 3-5 working days? Perromart needs to clean up its act.

Update: Rec'd order 28-Mar. Order was made on 9-Mar. Seen reviews abt the non-delivery status causing me worries too.Finally got my order delivered.

My pet food was ordered since February, there are 3 orders..nothing was delivered. Tried calling and emailing...nobody responds. I think you guys need to refund back if you cannot fulfill my orders. Or at least an update.Please don't just keep quiet!

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware.I placed an order with Perromart.SG on the 28th of Jan and received a confirmation email for my orders on the same day. Delivery is stated to be within 3-7 working days. They emailed me on the 21st of Feb to state that they will be cancelling my order with full refund of $244 via crediting of store credits. (Valid for 6months only)I have attempted to use the store credits. Imagine my surprise when I found out that only $25 can be applied at a time and I need to spend $25 of additional money in order to avoid the shipping charges! That means I have to spend an additional $250 in 10 separate orders just to use up my store credits of $244. There is no guarantee that these new orders will be fulfilled. How do you buy from a store that is perpetually out of stock & unresponsive?! They could keep taking orders, not fulfill them and keep the money in form of store credits. Effectively, they are using my money to fund their cash flow.It's not my duty to fund their cash flow and bad business practice to freeze my money for non delivery of items. It is borderline fraud. I have also written in to ask for a full refund on the 9th of March. A reply is promised within 72 hours and there’s been none forthcoming to date. In the meantime, while all these were ongoing, there have been massive sales ongoing at Perromart in the name of warehouse stock clearance. Do I even need to spell out how many ways they were wrong? This whole episode really left a strong distaste for the company. I will not be ordering from them ever again. For those stuck in a similar situation, my advice will be to call your bank to ask for a chargeback.

A month since order - no delivery or responses to emails!

Worst online pet food retailer! Ordered on the 9th of February, received several emails ever since, saying that multiple items are out of stock and somebody will get in touch in regards to a refund or exchange to something else and that the order is delayed. Nobody ever did. Several emails did no get responded to. Today I received an email that the majority of my $400 plus oder has been canceled without any further explanation. If you do need to rely on food for your pets - NEVER ever order with these people! It’s a disgrace and the worst customer service ever!
