Terrible and incompetent customer service
I was a loyal customer of Pet Honesty for over 5 years until we moved to a different state. I provided the Pet Honesty with my new address for to make sure that my several subscriptions get delivered to my new address. The first two orders were delivered correctly to my new address however next several orders were sent to my old address without any explanation. When I informed Pet Honesty regarding the problem they said that they would correct the address in their system and resend my order to my correct address for free since they made a mistake. The replacement order was sent once again to my old address and Pet Honesty proceeded to charge my account for the replacement order even though I was told I would not be charged. I again called the customer service to notify them of the ongoing issue. I was told that a manager would be calling me back to correct the issue. My dogs ended up without supplements for several months because of the supplements being sent to my old address. After few weeks I followed up with the customer service letting them know that I have yet to receive a refund for the orders which were never received and that I never got a call from the manager. To this day I never heard back from them. Needless to say I canceled all of my subscriptions with Pet Honesty and I will never again order anything from Pet Honesty again. I do not recommend Pet Honesty to anyone because of my experiences with their customer service. I recommend staying away from Pet Honesty.
