Tracking 17track said it was delivered on 5th May but i never received it.... Wrote you email informing you it was not delivered and requested refund... got no response since.... Loyal Customers Mean Nothing
I had been a loyal customer for several years. I ordered the "Balance" probiotics for my dog. He didn't like the flavor at first, but soon after began happily eating them. After a while (2-3 years), I decided to begin a subscription for the product and that's where the problem began. Initially, I was charged for, and received, 1 unit per month. (there's a 2 month supply in each bottle)After amassing a year's supply, and after numerous attempts to alter the shipping frequency, Petjoy only stopped delivering the product. Petjoy did NOT, however, cease billing me. Through PayPal, I've managed to recover 2 of the 3 wrongful charges to my account. I highly doubt I'll ever receive the last payment.There are several other issues with Petjoy, as it relates to the main website but the absolute lack of customer service and support is the final straw. After all of these years, they will never receive another order from meThrough PayPal, I was charged for 3 containers of the Balance probiotic formula.

Ordered humidifier. Product not satisfactory, reguested to return product. Return approved and sent shipping label. Returned product by Canada post at cost of $30.17. Product received by Petjoy on Jan 08. No cofirmation or refund received. Four days notified refund denied. They now have my product and $97 that I paid for it.

I see on these posts that I am not the only one that has paid for their products and have not received theme. I am also not able to contact them on website phone number provided and their blog also appears to be down. Time for a call to my bank and also to Colorado Attorney General’s office!!

I think this company is going under. They continue to withdraw funds from my account but I never received the product. The customer service phone number is always busy. Because I have automatic withdrawals I'll need to change my account number to make them stop.

I honestly believe this company has gone under. Ive been using this product from his company for the last five years. My 17 year old husky is doing great with them and they ran out of the Thrive said they’re on back order now they run out of the balance kept giving me credit of two dollars for my purchase. I’m just going to Fight the charges. The company has gone under. That is my conclusion. Sad it was a great product.

Has anyone else lost the life of their pet while giving them these supplements? We lost 2 dogs are giving the dogs the hip and joint supplements. The 2nd dog passed within 2 weeks after been giving the chews? Please comment if you lost your dog suddenly, just want to find out if there is anyone else affected by this, I have a haunch we are not alone!!!!

I think this company is now a scam!
After running through my first order of vitamins, I ordered 5 bottles of vitamins for my dog Willy as a one time order. Processed on 5/23/24. Since then the only thing it says about my orders on their website is that the orders were processed - no shipping information, no UPS tracking numbers, nothing. Calling their 888 number is useless - it just goes to a musical recording and stays there. I tried the online help and got nothing but another number to call (727-205-4005) which DOES NOT EVEN WORK! There isn't even an email address to which I can send a message. I think this company has degraded into a scam.

My dog does not like it and then I get 3 more bottles, I have tried over and over to cancel this, but they just keep coming - without my permission!! The 207 phone # is not an active and the 888 phone # is no help at all. I have 10 bottles now that I would like to send back but of course there is a 30 day policy. I have ordered from petjoy back in September and have not received my order yet. I have called several times and they have not sent my order yet I called today and no answer. The last time I spoke with petjoy was early may and they told me I would be receiving an email about my order and still nothing. I believe they are a scam. Been dealing with them about a year and still nothing!!!! Don't order from this company.

No real customer service
I placed two separate orders on May 8, 2024. Petjoy immediately processed the charges to my credit card. Here, two weeks later, the orders only say “Processed “ and “Awaiting scan”. To date there are no updates. Their phone number 888-344-8974 is only a recording and difficult to understand as the person is talking so fast. Terrible customer service.

Service is unacceptable
I ordered pet joy move for hip and joints on October 6 2023 and waited two months for it to arrive. Again March 11 2024, I ordered another shipment of the same supplement and even set up automatic shipments. Here it is April 29th and nothing yet. I talked to them both times numerous times concerning this and both times their excuse was they had an over abundance of orders and waiting for the warehouse to be emptied out. I don’t know if it’s just me, but that statement doesn’t even make sense. Both times I ordered, the amount of sale was charged to my credit card right away. Now it’s to the point where they stopped answering my emails. I give the supplement a 5 but the service a definite 0.

Great product, inconsistent service
The supplements are great. However I’ve been charged multiple times on a subscription and only received the supplements half of the time. They apologized for it and gave me a $10 discount. They billed me again with the discounts but I still haven’t received any of the supplements. So, I hope at some point they answer my numerous emails since I can’t talk to anyone on the phone. It’s all automated

Now 3 months-They don't ship!
They don't ship. I'm still waiting on an order placed November of 2023. Whenever I call they say they'll look into it and they very sorry. That doesn't cut it. The product may be good but getting it isn't. I'm now looking into second party shippers before re-ordering any product they make.

Haven’t received my order
Haven’t received my order. It has been over a month since I ordered. I called and they said they were backed up and wanted to say that I just placed order the day I called instead of when it was placed 3 weeks prior. I was told they would not charge my account for the subscription since I had not received it; however, they have tried to charge my bank again on more than two occasions now. They are a fraud just out to get your money and never get you the product you ordered.

Charged, but received no products
I ordered a subscription in November and was charged for it. It never came. On their website, it then showed I was charged for a December subscription. It never came. I have called twice. They tell me both are being shipped, but they give me no tracking number. I still haven’t received any emails or tracking numbers telling me where my vitamins are. Very disappointed!
