The experience was pretty straight forward. Placed order for custom dog figurine. Received my order a few weeks after. Presentation was excellent, properly packaged and protected. Dog figurine was beautiful.
I’ve gotten 5 items at once an they all came out amazing even threw in a free keychain I would definitely recommend to anyone if you love your pet
The figurine that I received looks very much to my souldog who I miss. Now I have something to hold when he comes in my mind and I miss him.The first one that was created didn't but they assigned it to another artist who did a great job. I had to wait a lot but it was worth it.
I ordered a Handmade Personalized Full-Body Pet Figurine from PetPalsDIY and was very satisfied with both the product and the service. The figurine was nicely made and looked a lot like my pet. Customer service was helpful and responsive, working with me to make adjustments so the figurine would better resemble my pet. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend PetPalsDIY to others looking for a personalized pet keepsake

Horrible. Purchased the hologram memorial box. Took ages to arrive, then it came with no instructions on how to put it together, and i didnt receive my video to actually use the product! Emailed customer service so many times and received little to no information. Absolutely horrible- stay away.
Pet pals was amazing and made the best retirement gift. Truly enjoyed the finished product.
Ordered online and forgot to add an option to my order, support responded immediatly and assisted me, the order was delivered when they said it was delivered and it looked identical to the pictures i sent, when they sent me the pictures for review they allowed me to make soem small modifications. I would highly recommend
Amazing experience and highly recommend. Sent in a few pictures of our dog to sculpt the figure. Communication was amazing, sent early production pictures to ensure it was accurate. I made a few suggestions, they sent back pictures with the adjustments showing exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t be more happy with the end result. It also arrived in massive bubble wrap and a beautiful box to protect it. It looks wonderful on top of his urn. Highly recommend, amazing communication and effort shown. Will use again.
I usually am not the type to leave reviews but I had a pretty good experience. After ordering I was contacted and given updates every step of the way which I truly appreciate. I was also given the opportunity preview my order to make changes if needed. 3 out of 4 of my items I couldn’t have asked for better. The other one just doesn’t resemble as good as the others but I recognize and appreciate the craftsmanship and time that goes into making these and also know the realization that these types of things aren’t supposed to be perfect. Shipping took a little longer than I had anticipated but was not ridiculous. My wife really enjoyed her gifts. I’m waiting to give my mom hers for Christmas. I highly recommend petpals and i will be ordering from them again. I’m very skeptical with purchases online with the amount of bs and scams going on and i took a risk and im really glad I did.
The replica statue of our dog was so lifelike. The detailed work was amazing. Customer service was outstanding as they made a couple of revisions for me with no issues. Highly recommend!
Absolute scam, item arrived broken and did not look like our pets, generic figures that they paint the same colors as your pet. Not even the color was accurate on one of ours. They then refuse refunds and only offer to replace, but the items are shipped from China with no padding and the dogs ears just continue to arrive broken. Don’t waste your time!
My son bought a sculpture of my beloved Chihuahuaas. a treasured remembrance of him and our life together. My dog went everywhere with us. When I first opened this gift my first words were “it’s Towbe” Looked just like him. Then I saw there were two. Im so delighted with the addition of the attachment to safely have the second one in the car. Recently I contacted the company as I had a question about having the one in our cars heating vent withthe freezing winter soon upon us. i received the reply the very next day. It was answered thoroughly and politely. I most certainly would deal with this company again. JudieW
It took 2 months to arrived and Terrible, my wife bought 2 orders and they DO NOT look like our dogs. This site is a total scam from china. I highly do not recommend. You’ll be wasting your time and money. Again I highly do not recommend coming from a dog family.
I bought this as a gift for a friend since her dog recently died. It does cost quite a bit but it’s also hand made. You’re basically paying for the person’s time and talent. It took a while to get delivered but it was worth it because they made sure that it will look exactly alike. They show it to you first before sending it out and they had to do a few adjustment so it took about a month for it to arrive. You can make as much adjustments as you like so it’ll look more like your pet.
I would highly recommend using PetPals. Their service was first class, professional and empathetic. We sadly lost our cat and Linda was very kind and understanding. They kept in touch with us, updating us on the progress of our order and sent pictures and videos. We were even asked if we had any changes or suggestions before proceeding further. I’ll definitely use them again in future. I had no problems whatsoever, live in the UK. When dispatched the order was fully trackable and packaged very well.

The Ragdoll is insanely accurate and my mums favourite is the cockapoos. We have the magnetic car mounts. I also got a full body sculpture of my cockapoo. The magnets have continued to stay stuck even in high heats. The sculpture is just as impressive as the day I got it and it sits pride of place on her memory shelf! I highly recommend. I don’t often do reviews but seeing as I’m this impressed and feel as though my babies are with us forever again. I feel it’s only right.
I’ve now had two items and both are great. I was kept updated on how my order was progressing and delivery etc I’m very happy with my items and would definitely use again
I saw these magnets on FB and thought what a great way to memorialize my dogs so I ordered them and when they arrived I couldn’t believe the quality of these little magnets they look EXACTLY like my Shadow and Lucas Shad has pink ears Lucas has whisky colored eyes and these are identical to them, I just rescued a little female and I’m getting a magnet for her also, I HIGHLY recommend this company they kept me updated on my order it came quickly these are wonderful people to do business with, Judi in California
Had buy 1 get 1 free on the head magnets and my God they are awfulnlook nothing like my dogs. My own fault i didn't know they was Chinese rubbish. Glad I didn't pay for the other 1. The good reviews are obviously Bots.
