I never received my order
I never received my order. It was a Christmas present for my boyfriend I was so excited to give it to him. Lost €30 and received no order even after getting in contact and emailing the company.

Amazing Gift!
I ordered a print very close to Christmas for my brother and it came on time! Unfortunately the frame was damaged in transit, which can’t be helped sometimes. However, Harry and Niamh kept in regular contact with me and were able to resolve the issue and the second parcel came well packaged. Thank you so much for all your help! My brother loved the print!

Unique Company with great products but the quality of the frame for the price isn’t incredible
My back of my frame was on the wrong way round so I had to change that and I didn’t expect it to be such a loose fitting frame made out of plastic but other than that the product is good.

Love the idea of the business, but some things need improving!
I came across Petrolia on TikTok and I was eager to buy one of their prints for my partner’s brother as a xmas present. I went on their website and got a discount code but didn’t copy it in time, so spoke to the lad that runs the shop (apologies I don’t know your name!!) and he was really lovely and eager to help. I placed the order and the shipping was very efficient especially with the run up to xmas. My partner and I were really excited to see the print in person, especially after seeing all the TikToks about the brand and how much attention to detail goes into sourcing the prints. We opened the package and must say we weren’t massively impressed. The prints were in great condition but the photo frames are just poor quality and just make the overall quality of the product decline. While I understand that the company may be new and you are trying to make profit (as every other business!) I think the prints should be placed in a stronger, higher quality frame (wood for example) with glass window, rather than the IKEA plastic frames and plastic window. The company and it’s products are very niche (I’m not a car enthusiast so I could be wrong) so there is opportunity to create this business as one that sells high quality products, and one that pays very close attention to detail with sourcing their prints. But by sourcing cheap frames, I feel it would place this company in a vulnerable spot if another company tried to do something similar but with higher quality products. Despite this, I do love everything the business offers and I hope they do well! I just think there’s some things to improve to keep this business successful!

I don't mind if things are going to be…
I don't mind if things are going to be delayed but as a business it shouldn't take me raising PayPal dispute to force some action. If it was going to take a while to dispatch just tell me and I'll patiently wait. The products themselves are as described and were packaged well. The dispatch however was way too slow(a couple of weeks after payment). I cant give a green rating so I thing this is fair.

Bad Customer Service
My item took over 5 weeks to arrive and during this time I had an extremely frustrating time communicating with anyone. It took a week for someone to respond in the first place and when they did, they said my order was missed and would be packaged and sent out the following day, which it was not. After another week they finally responded again and said my package had been dropped off at the postal service and my tracking number would be sent by the end of the day. My tracking number was not sent to me until the following week and revealed that the package had just been dropped off that day and still needed to be mailed out. On top of all of this, I was told a free advert would be included in my order since they missed my order and shipped it out extremely late but this did not happen. On the bright side, the person I gifted this to was very happy with the product.

Delivery of 1 poster took 5 weeks
Delivery of 1 poster took 5 weeks. Customer support will barely answer. Had to pay 15€ extra for customs and expenses. Kinda tough for a dropshipping product. The product is cheaply made but fine. Overall experience is alright.

Long Wait & Broken Frames
