SCAM! Avoid at all costs!
Never received our order as they said the container got lost. Then no more communications despite numerous attempts for a refund. Seems like many others have suffered the same fate. AVOID!!!!

Rubbish customer service and a big…
Rubbish customer service and a big scam! I spent over an hour on their website, choosing some decorative items for my house from Place at Home in April. In May, I still hadn't recieved the order. When 3 weeks had passed I suddenly got an email to say 'at your request, your order has been cancelled...'. I had done no such thing and when I finally heard back from customer service, I was told they ' had cancelled my order because everything I ordered was out of stock.'

I bought 4 sagomas in November
I bought 4 sagomas in November. Delivered in 3 weeks, they say 2 on the website, but during a pandemic it is understandable. They are also slightly smaller than I thought, but after reading the description, I realized that this is how it should be. Generally satisfied.

Received a beautiful carpet. It was shipped by UPS from Turkey. It is very soft so I used it for kids room.

I'm shocked that Shopify not taking any…
I'm shocked that Shopify not taking any action against placeathome.com and still allow them to operate though many complains of non-deliveries. Do avoid placeathome.com run by Odaria Tal. She selling fake products claming they're original expensive designer product and scamming people like us who bought from the website.
