I discovered their products when I lived in MPLS and needed help balancing brain chemistry with my TBI. The Co-op that carried it had received info from the company and helped me choose which product would be most beneficial. After moving, I have continued purchasing their excellent products & have found their services to be exemplary. Always easy to order with fast delivery as well as frequent discounts. What customer service??? UPDATED
I have been a customer of Plus CBD Oil for over a year. I like the products just fine, it's just that there is NO response from ANY queries to customer service, EVER. When they switched to using DHL for their delivery service, I wrote to complain as DHL, in my experience is unreliable. No response, not even an auto confirmation of receipt of the email. In December, I received a promotional email detailing that if I made a purchase on that particular date before 11:59pm, a $20 credit would be added towards a future purchase in January. I made a purchase within the parameters of the offer and, so far, it has not been honored. I saved the email with the actual promotion. I then used their "contact us" page to "send a comment." No response. Then, I reached out directly to their Help email address questioning this, attaching a screenshot of the promotion. Again, no response. They are quick to take my payments, but don't seem concerned with anything further. I'm currently researching other brands. *UPDATE* I don't know if they look at these reviews or not, but today 1/17/25, a rep called me and left a message apologizing for my not receiving the $20 discount credit and stated it will be refunded to my card from my last order. The reason given was that there was some confusion on how the discounts were to be given out and that they began distributing them yesterday. I appreciate this response and the phone call was a nice gesture. If positive changes are being made regarding their customer service, I will give them another chance. (I changed my rating from one star to three based on this response.)

Customer service is lacking
Customer service is lacking. I placed an order July 26th. It is now August 5th and it still shows as "label created" with no further movement. I cannot reach their customer service department by phone (I get a "we will call you back", no one ever has), nor has anyone responded to my email inquiries. Before this last order, they have been responsive and quick but due to this experience, will be ordering elsewhere. If there is no further movement on my order tomorrow, will be opening a dispute with my credit card company. EDIT: I did receive a call back today explaining that they had changed their shipping method from UPS to DHL and many customers are complaining of the same issue. The gentleman I spoke to said a replacement is being sent via UPS but I haven't received acknowledgement of this. If/when this happens, I will update my review. EDIT 2: Still haven’t received, no UPS replacement issued. Opening a dispute with my credit card company today and never ordering from this company again. As an aside, I ordered gummies from Cornbread Hemp and received them in 4 days vis USPS.

Fraud charge on my credit card
Fraud charge on my credit card. Not sure how it got delivered to my address. It took weeks to figure out who to contact since I didn't order it. Dispute placed with my bank. The item is returned using a UPS call tag and they refuse to issue a refund. Beware shade practices. Not a upstanding company to order items

I use the Plus CBD oil BAUM on my feet and legs for severe neuropathy. It allows me to get to sleep with only a little discomfort and to stay asleep pain-free for about 6 hours. That’s a miracle in my book.

Placed and order, no shipment and no response
Placed and order and was billed and received a email acknowledgement. Have never gotten a shipment confirmation and its a week later. Emailed twice asking for an update, and a third time telling them to cancel if it is not shipped. Tried calling and after a while on hold auto message telling me to leave a message and they would call back in 24 hours. Might be good product, but the customer service level is awful.

Ineffective & dishonest company
I bought several items from this company (CBD Drops 300mg and 750mg as well as CBD Softgels 15mg). They were ineffective and not the quality the company claimed. I spent a great deal of time writing reviews on these items so that other buyers could hear from someone that didn't RAVE about the products. (Strangely, all products on their website have glowing reviews averaging 5-stars out of 5 stars.)Well, the company never posted my reviews. I have sent those reviews 4 times to the company over the course of a couple of months - even contacting them after to make sure they received. They assured me they had my reviews and that they would surely be posted. It's been 6 months now, and the reviews are not on their site. Leads me to believe they either only post "good" reviews or the reviews on the site are fake. They are not an honorable company that discloses the true opinions and assessments of customers. Buyers beware!! Especially since you are ingesting their products.

Dog seizures Treated with CBD.
My 4 year old Aussie has (had) seizures. After reading about cbd being good for this i started dosing him 2x a day w 30 mg.Zero seizures for 10 weeks! No other meds because of side effects so its all cbd. Grateful.
