Fraudulently posted my vehicle for sale…
Fraudulently posted my vehicle for sale without my consent. I had some communication with sales/rep regarding the process but after doing some research, I decided not to post with Postyourcars.com. What I found out is that they automatically lower the price of your car within three days of the listing. They do this with or without your permission. Their idea behind is that if your vehicle hasn't sold, then its priced too high and they want to sell it no matter the price. They say you can approve or deny the sale. The problem is that when this happens, people are not going to purchase that same car at a higher price later on if you re list the vehicle. Plus I am not in the business of listing my vehicle and the having someone want to buy it at a lower price just to get commission off the sale. I specifically told postyourcar.com rep "William" at a 949 number that I don't want my car listed for sale. I went onto their website and found my vehicle listed for sale. On top of that..... my vehicle shows still to this day that it was SOLD by postmycar.com. My personal photo of my vehicle is listed on their website with its location showing sold. Basically that is fraud. I still own my vehicle and never sold it through them or anyone. This has been going on since before November 5, 2022 of which I had dialogue with them regarding the fraudulently listing of my vehicle. Still to this day, my vehicle shows SOLD on their website. I have made multiple requests to have the vehicle removed. I even messaged "William" at the 949 number of which I corresponded with him before at and his response was "im a college student and you have the wrong number".
