Professional installation and great experience
The workers were all very professional and they informed me of their progress step by step. It felt like I was included in the installation. Clean up was very good and they explained how everything worked. The finished shower looked awesome. It was a total game changer from what was there before. It is easier to shower due to having way more space. Overall we are very satisfied and happy! We have recommended this company to one other person so far.

I don't speak spanish they don't speak…
I don't speak spanish they don't speak English. Done a botched job. My floors roll Instill have soft spots. All the installer kept repeating.I don't do subfloors, I don't do plumbing, and I don't do duct work. Soft spots are ok. Language barrier big problem

Shower remodel
Love the new shower. The product is as represented, easy to clean, grab bar installed, new shower head is wonderful, 2 shelves perfectly placed. Workmanship by Jake is almost artistic. I would have given five stars but the communication during the process was lacking. I do highly recommend Premier Home Pros for your next shower remodel.

Bath remodel
From the moment that we met Michael Penn for evaluation of remodeling the bathrooms we realize we picked the right company. But the star was Don and his crew.The day before the installation, we received a call from Dan Beck, the project manager, and explain what we were to expect. Dan arrived one time and did a wonderful job and laying down tarps to the dismantling and removing of the old shower and tub units. They worked nonstop from 7am to 7pm. Job was performed outstanding. It was completed on time and as expected. Cannot say enough about the install crew because they were very professional very courteous and got the job done.

A little pricey for this area
A little pricey for this area ,salesman was nice ,he did give me a good discount'sThree men that came out to do the work were very kind very patient and explained everything they were going to do including cleaning up afterwards, my walk in shower is beautiful so pleased with.

Michael and Angelo did an awesome job…
Michael and Angelo did an awesome job in our bathroom. However the shower head we asked for was not the one installed and there was no toilet on contract and we were asked what size we wanted 17 or 19 inch when we were with the salesman. But thank God Eddie the project manager and Michael the salesman they are going to making thing right. And I also want to thank all of them for doing it so quickly. I am praying that the the toilet and the right shower head will be installed before Thursday 3/12/26.

They were on time and very courtious.They went over all the details what was involved and how long it would take. The job was done in one day.. which was outstanding. We are very pleased with the work and the final product. Beautiful.. these guys deserve a big thank you for a job well done. Very professional.
