Matt; I will address him by his first name, treated my mother and myself with respect and dignity throughout one of the hardest years of our lives. He made this decision so much easier to understand than took us step by step until completion. Even after completion; Matt still follows up with us and has left himself open for any further questions might arise. White glove service in my opinion. Beyond grateful. I was in a situation and my house was put up for foreclosure. I wasn't eligible for a another mortgage so I tried for a reverse mortgage. I googled Reverse mortgage and came across a company with wonderful ratings called Premier Reverse Mortgage! I connected with a Woman named Lynnette White who was amazing to work with. I can honestly say that I didn't know if I was doing the right thing or not. Lynette guided me through every single detail right till the end. She is the kindest , most knowledgeable, respectful loveliest person I have never met. Tony and Matt put the finishing touches on everything and it is now complete. Robert Alfano came through for us big time. I just retired and we wanted to tap into our home equity to buy a second home near our parents. A couple of other lenders had dismissed us without understanding our specific situation. We had a prior business that had passed a loss onto my personal tax returns and they could not get past that. Robert and his team took the time to look at our situation, make some suggestions, and get our loan approved. We were especially appreciative of Robert's fast response time to all our questions and his willingness to spend time working around our situation, many time outside regular business hours. Would highly recommend.

My loan officer, Matt Neumeyer worked with me as if I were a family member, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I truly hate paperwork I wasn't looking forward to jumping through all the hoops I remembered from my original mortgage, but it wasn't that way at all, it was really easy. Matt and the folks at Premier are very much worth your business, don't hesitate get your reverse mortgage through them. No more mortgage payment now this is what a second childhood is all about!

A5/13/2024Premier Reverse Mortgage can undoubtedly be highly recommended, If one is looking to establish a reverse mortgage loan.Working with the mentioned mortgage provider in this regard, progressed smoothly and without stress.The entire loan application process was done via emails and pleasant conversations with Mr. Jeff Hancock, Senior Loan Officer of Premiere Reverse Mortgage who is competent in the in the field of reverse mortgage.Mr. Hancock fully showed his professionalism, rendering his full cooperation and consideration, despite the fact that there was a delay with loan closure, due to Insurance required repairs to a flat roof on our home, as well as the acquirement of a permit, in order to have the said repairs completed.However, the permit application was unfortunately backlogged at the Permit Division Office in our County, which they claimed resulted from their work overload at that time. Situations, which can regrettably happen to any mortgage applicant,Never the less, inspite of the mentioned trivialities, Mr. Hancock and Premiere Reverse Mortgage, exercised a level of tolerance that is definitely difficult to match. I chose Premier Reverse Mortgage largely in response to many positive reviews from financial orgs and happy clients. Strict Federal rules designed to protect applicants create some tension and the process proceeds more slowly than one would prefer, but I was fortunate that PRM designated Robert Alfano as my loan agent. Robert was forever gracious and totally responsive to my concerns and even my complaints. When all the mandated stuff was finally done, President Matt Neumeyer made the closing procedure simple and it was very professionally handled. With no reservations whatsoever, I strongly recommend Premier Reverse Mortgage.
I can’t recommend Premier Reverse Mortgage HIGHLY enough. I’ve been communicating with Matt Neumeyer for a few years now, avidly reading his reverse mortgage newsletter, particularly his take on the reverse mortgage situation with condos. I took the risk of e-mailing him about an item in his newsletter, and he was very gracious with his time in further explaining it. That became a pen pal friendship. At the time I was not in the market for a reverse mortgage but had been researching them for use as part of my retirement strategy. And over the last two or three years as Matt and I had been communicating about reverse mortgages he never tried to sell me but always provided any information I needed to make a decision. So when I was ready to pull the trigger and get a reverse mortgage, there was no one I could think of that I would want to handle it other than Matt. And it turns out he was knowledgeable, helpful, and led the way through the whole process making it painless. His staff was great as well when I needed to interact with them. From my first contact until funds were received Premier was exceedingly professional and helpful. I was skeptical about the real benefit of a reverse mortgage. Premier employees never tried to actually sell me on the benefits but once the facts were explained if was crystal clear what an advantage it was for anyone wishing to remain in their house rather than sell or downsize. jeff hancock was great working through all the conditions to get my reverse mortgage, trying at times for both of us, but he hung in there.. i appreciate his work at premier mortgage.. note: tried two other reverse mortgage companies but it seemed they were just sales people that did not know what they were doing.. thanks jeff!
