Not whole solid nuggets in bags!

I buy 8 bags at a time every 4 weeks of Freeze Dried Vension nuggets in the 14 oz bags for cats ,the last year, i find that there is lots of food dust and broken pieces , smaller nuggets of 1/4 of the bags. These bags of food is not on the cheap side like $49.00 each . The food is great my cats love it . I sent an email to the CEO of this company last week and no reply back .Very unhappy customer .
