I phoned and spoke with a person who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I then ordered online and the goods were dispatched immediately, arriving very promptly the next day. All round excellent service.
Very helpful initial contact regarding colour matching thread to fabric and then excellent follow up service when there was a problem with one item caused by their supplier.

I've made several orders from profabrics for materials to make backpacks for myself and family. They have an excellent range or products and I've had had no issues with quality or delivery.
Friendly and really helpful. Knew exactly what I was looking for. We called to collect as we needed the fabric before a trip but it would have been posted had we had more time. A great, professional company. Fantastic find.
Pro fabrics have supplied many Scout Groups up and down the country with ballistic nylon for safety curtain used for air rifle shooting which is a substandard product. It hasnt stopped a single pellet whilst being used for our Scout Group. My emails have not be replied to whilst asking for a refund. I suspect the substandard material is Chinese in origin. I hope to get this issue resolved.
I'll echo on what everyone else has said. Point North are very very efficient. Outstanding value for money, outstanding customer service yip another outstanding on it's way. The website? Outstanding

Good clear web site and excellent customer service. Are very knowledgable and helped me to sort out the type of fabric I needed, after I ordered the wrong thing. Deliverd quickly and was well packed. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Excellent service and communication. Made my order on a Thursday morning, package arrived following day. Easy to navigate website with a great selection of fabrics, webbing, buckles/fasteners etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Found the product I was looking for at a good price and then the service has been fantastic. Prompt delivery and when I found I had made a mistake with my order Simon at Point North Profabrics wrote a personal email and arranged to send on the parts I was missing - at no extra cost the next day. Excellent service, quality product and good value. Was really impressed, been looking everywhere for some leightweight transparent pvc material to use as screening and this was perfect and exactly as described. Arrived next day and packaged very well. Had a query before I ordered so sent an email and got reply straight away. First class service :)
